Nice clean while remodeled very nice bar and restaurant unfortunate that they don't have a breakfast of some sort included. Potential train noise but they supply ear plugs not that I needed any.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Pam on reception was amazing, we arrived stressed and in a panic thinking we had left our passport's behind. She was very kind and reassuring offering support if we had. Luckily it was needed and they were found. Restaurant was lovely, reasonably priced and friendly service. Located easy walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants.

We stayed at the Crimson at the end of August for 2 nights. It was a good location, nice views, clean and comfortable. Some reviewers talk about the trains but we had absolutely no problems with the sound of passing trains ever. The staff were nice, water pressure & temps good & beds were super cozy. Only complaint would be that we had a door connected to the neighbours & could hear them clearly chatting. I’m sure if you request non connecting rooms it would be fine. Aside from that everything was great! Would stay again!

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. It was located near many restaurants and shops. We stayed here after taking a 3 day rocky mountaineer train trip from Vancouver. We would stay here again.

$550.00 a night in fall the room that is very small and dated and a queen bed. The bathroom is small with no counter space. We had no space to move around in the room. It’s fine for a sleep but nothing more. All the amenities such as a safe, kettle, fridge and microwave were there. Don’t expect a free bottle of water. Restaurants are walkable. Due to space in the room we would not stay again.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to downtown shopping and additional restaurants. On-site restaurant, Terra, was very delicious and convenient hours. Parking limited, but plenty of free parking between 9pm-9am on the street. Staff very friendly.
