Everything felt very new and higher end than most hotels in that price range. The staff were exceptionally friendly and fast with check in. She had lots of information about the area, restaurants, and things to check out. Would definitely stay there again.

Love, love, love this hotel. Beautiful, cozy, quiet and clean. The staff was so helpful and the restaurant was delicious. Don't miss staying here if you're in Jasper.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Pam on reception was amazing, we arrived stressed and in a panic thinking we had left our passport's behind. She was very kind and reassuring offering support if we had. Luckily it was needed and they were found. Restaurant was lovely, reasonably priced and friendly service. Located easy walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants.
