Staff was friendly and made up for what the hotel was lacking. Elevator was not working. My companion was a senior recovering for hip replacement. We had a room on the 3rd floor….Buffet was expensive and horrendous. We thought we could order from the menu but because of a tour group we’re made to take the buffet.
Excellent service, was offered an upgraded room with the view that was awesome. Would love to return again for sure.

I was disappointed that you and your companion had to face the issue with our lift. Unfortunately, part of the lift malfunctioned and this can't be predicted or controlled in any way. Our team worked hard to have this inconvenience resolved as soon as possible. Due to the high occupancy, we were not able to relocate you to a different room at that time.
