This property is old and dirty especially the hallway going to the rooms. For this, I think it is overpriced. Sorry, but I will not stay or recommend this hotel.

There was a fireplace in the room, complete with switch, which did not light. The lid to the ice bucket was disgusting. No soap by the bathroom sink. Conditioner bottle practically empty. Door did not completely seal--could see daylight at the bottom. Curled mat right inside the door was a tripping hazard. Had to take a roll of toilet paper off the cart that was left in the breezeway because we ran out. A new roll should have been available in the room. Had to ask for additional towels--twice. Breakfast was cold the first morning, so bought groceries for last two. And for this, we wre charged $758 for three nights...

I didn't like anything about the place, we were misled to believe we had two rooms by the pictures that showed above our listing. The air conditioners were so noisy and smelly. The rooms were smelly and felt like they were full of pet odor. I booked 3 days and had to cancel my last day because of the smell

Very small shower/toilet. Rest of room ok. Smoking area right in front of each unit not properly cleaned. A lot of noise from other rooms. Walls must be very thin. Very small breakfast area. Expensive for what is on offer.

Didnt check any amenities other than breakfast, due to the very bad experience with room cleaniness. Breakfast was very average. A tourist trap as there are limited options to stay near Jasper.

Unfortunately, when we arrived our room had already been given to someone else, even though we had called ahead to let the hotel know our flight was delayed. The staff quickly cleaned another room for us, which we appreciated, but it did mean we had to wait a while before settling in. Since we were only staying for the night, it worked out fine in the end. Breakfast was decent, though very busy as soon as it opened—food went quickly, so be prepared to get there early. Overall, not perfect, but the staff did make the effort to accommodate us.

We checked in at night, room had an odour, shower curtains smelled so bad, conditioner bottle n lotion was empty . Room was not vacuumed well , baseboard dirty n bathroom tiles was moldy, we stayed two nights . Towel holder in the bathroom was broken n after telling the receptionist to make bed they still didn’t fix or vaccum the floor or empty bins, for the money at least we expect clean rooms .

It was nice to park right at the door and in the back of the building was a very nice walking trail to walk our dog. Staff at the front were very unfriendly. Didn't even say hello when checking in. Just said "I need your ID"

Room was fine. Nothing special. Nice to have a king bed though! Shower was great. Sheets were gritty though… not sure if from years of washing but had noticeable texture. Breakfast experience wasn’t great… very busy with no where to sit and often ran out of items.

It’s clean but the rooms are not very clean hair in tub and some gunk in the tub near faucet. Needs a little renovation but other than that it has potential for it to be a great place. Helpful staff.

What I liked was the room was very nice, clean, nice linens and comfortable bed. What I didn’t like was walking up the stairs to our room. Very dirty. The mats and baseboards and trash was out. Also the breakfast was sort of a disaster. They ran out of 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee. You often had to wait for more coffee. The waffle maker didn’t work. The poor woman at the front desk seemed to have all of the jobs and was always running around but we often had to go look for her. It was so crowded. We went at 4 different times for 4 days and always packed.
