I was not staying at the hotel, but there is a good Japanese restaurant there. My jacket with my cell phone in it fell on the floor, someone picked it up and my cell phone somehow got separated from me. I realized around 11.00 pm and rushed back to find the restaurant closed. Unable to wait till the next day when they opened, I left my details with the front desk agent Ananya who was very helpful. She passed them along to the manager Will McLean who went way out of his way to package it up in an approved container and send it to me. Staying in many hotels during the year, I rarely find this level of honesty and customer concern. Thanks to both of them, and I received my phone in one piece some days later.

We stayed there for three nights during our trip to Jasper National Park. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The receptionist and manager were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but solid. It is close to Walmart and some good restaurants. We had a pleasant time and saved money, comparing with staying at Jasper town.

Can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel. We just stayed in lake Louise the night before and paid $189 and it wasn't as good as this hotel. Comfy beds, great price, friendly staff. Clean rooms. All the staff we came across were friendly. You should stay here if you ever come through Hinton and I'm sure I will again! Thanks.

Customer service was atrocious... Young lady at front desk seemed more concerned about being on her phone, wouldn't respond to questions and appeared rather annoyed that she was being bothered...The rooms were unbearably hot ..Even with windows open and heat off....Will not stay here again...Only got 3 stars because of its reputation as a good corporate citizen.

Our party booked 4 rooms total, with 1 of them being handicapped accessible. All the rooms were clean and quiet, staff was very friendly. We left before breakfast was served--heading into Jasper National Park as the sun rose.

This was a great eco lodge after driving the beautiful Icefields pkwy. With the exchange rate a bargain. Worth the drive from Jasper to save. Was bummed I couldn't take a sightseeing flight from the nearby airport as the pilot couldn't get 2 more people. Saw the sign to get to the Alaskan highway up Rt 40 Bighorn hwy and wanted to keep going.!

One of the reasons we picked this place was because of the attached restaurant, and the hotel turned out to be decent too. The room was fine, the bed and pillows were good. Across the highway from grocery store and drug store.

It's was clean, room was cleaned everyday as well. Walls are thin so you kinda hear everything, but after three long days hiking in Jasper is not like we would wake up constantly at night, all we needed was a good bed and it was provided. The breakfast is probably the most plain one we have ever get at a hotel, but hey, it's free! There's a gas station right there and Tim Hortons and McDonald's are a few blocks away, as well as a pharmacy. It's a quick commute to Jasper from Hinton as the hotel is right on the hwy. For what we paid I would say I might definitely go back next time I visit Jasper.

Hotel was clean and functional. Great shower. Breakfast was not very good. Stayed because the price was good at $86 a night considering the other choice is staying in Jasper, which is crazy money. Town is small and lacking in amenities.

It's not a high end, high priced hotel, but its clean and our room had all the amenities that one could need. Noticeable improvement in the breakfast area in the morning, the ladies attending it where keeping supplies topped up, clean and presentable. Well done.
