It was nice to find the hotel after a long-day's journey. The Front Desk staff were welcoming and helpful with answers to any questions. The room was clean and comfortable and the dinner at the attached Kimchi's restaurant was delicious.

why would staff try to charge extra for my dog, were they intentionally trying to turn extra profits? Was the expedia web page the problem? I clearly stated that i needed pet freindly room. The confirmation paper work from expedia does not show pet friendly. I double checked the web site to confirm pet friendly. Should not have to argue so i dont get charged extra. Expedia to blame?

Don't let the locatuin scare you away. Very quiet!

I was fully expecting to have road noise all night due to the property's l9cation beside a major trucking route. Was pleasantly surprised that the room was very quiet. The property appears to be tecently renovated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding.

Overall great and would definitely stay there the next time we’re in Hinton. Breakfast provided is always a perk - great selection and the lady who runs it … very on top of everything and super polite. Only “complaint” … check in was slow; had to ring for the receptionist but I think it’s because they had her juggling multiple tasks away from the front desk.
