When we first arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in. The front desk attendant was no where to be found. After travelling all day, this was very frustrating. When we first got off the elevator to our floor, we noticed a mouse trap sitting in the corner. We brushed it off, and carried on to our room. When opening the door we were hit with a strong perfume smell- we assume it was a floor deodorizer or something similar. It was strong enough to make your eyes water and feel uncomfortable. On night 1, we used the side door to get in and out. On night 2, the key no longer worked and we had to go all the way around to the front door. This was super inconvenient as it was pouring rain, and our room was close to the side door. Overall the room was ok, but for a first impression I was not impressed.
