Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t great. The cleanliness of the room was below standard, and it didn’t seem like it had been properly cleaned. The breakfast also wasn’t good.

The room wasn’t clean, There were dried spills on the end tables by the bed. The staff were very easy to deal with and the room was large and lovely, just not clean. Also, there wasn’t enough food at breakfast and I showed up at 8 and it was gone.

Staff were very friendly and courteous! 5/5 for the staff! The room, however, was outdated and in need of renovations. The bed on the main floor was lumpy and uncomfy, and the heater kicked on and off throughout the night. It was very noisy, making for a restless sleep. The loft bathroom was a bit grungy, but the bed was more comfy than the downstairs one. On the upside, lots of space. It was nice to have separate sleeping and bathroom areas from the kids.

Staff and service were excellent, room rates were great, hotel in general was excellent with a very clean modern layout. The breakfast room was spacious, clean and inviting, the breakfast itself however was poor, really bad coffee and limited food options, we were expecting far better from an otherwise great modern style hotel, the cut off time needs to be at least 10:00 am. Either greatly improve the breakfast experience or do not offer it at all, Tim Horton's should not be preferable to the breakfast offered at this relatively higher end accommodation.
