We booked at the Forest Park Hotel in Jasper, and were really looking forward to our visit, but a major storm in Calgary, that closed all roads and the airport, prevented us from travelling there as hoped. When we tried to contact the hotel to inform them and release our room, (to ensure any travellers stranded in Jasper could access it), we could only reach an AI Assistant, which didn’t work, and sure wasn’t the human touch we were hoping for — overall, a disappontment!

This hotel falsely advertises the true condition. Expedia also does not reveal the reality. It’s a construction site. The pool and restaurant are all closed for construction. The hotel will ask you to go to near by hotels for food and pool. Please see my pics in google review to validate. I lost money and more importantly my time and a day I thought would be to remember.
