Room was clean, staff accommodating and pleasant. Hotel is renovating, certain parts of hotel not open ie restaurant, pool and hot tub. No elevator available in the area we stayed in. Had to exit building to get to lobby and was confusing upon arrival as to where to go. If you have mobility issues you will want to mention so you get a room where elevators are available. In saying all this we felt we received a very good rate for our stay and were not bothered by the minor inconveniences.

Beautiful new rooms, great check in but our issue was the construction. We were put on third floor with no elevator working . With our luggage and ski gear this was not appreciated. Although they offered amenities at neighbor hotel, not having hot tub or fitness in hotel with cool weather is not ideal. Coffee in room only decaf, ran out of toilet paper as dispenser not full and they don’t use rolls. Little things but our last year stay there much better.
