Room was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel is in the jasper National Park and town. It's at one end of the town so it's quiet.

Beautiful location in Jasper, close to the national park features and walkable to the town, although a little further out than some of the other hotels. The train tracks across the street did make it so we couldn’t leave the window open which was kind of a bummer since it was so nice out, but the train goes all the way through the town so this will be an issue with all the hotels. All in all a great place to stay.

We likes the hotel aesthetic, it’s a beautifully designed hotel. The pool was great for my 2 year old and the restaurant was good food. The room was a little warn and needed some tlc but we didn’t mind it, beds were comfy, it was dark in the room. Would have been nice to have some plates in the room. And more organisation of the check in when large tour groups arrived. An elderly group of 2/3 coaches arrived and it was chaos in reception, took us a while to get through the crowds as nobody want to move out the way, a organised line would have been lovely. But overall excellent stay and would tell anyone to stay here whilst in Jasper.

I rate this stay - 8.5/10. For what it has to offer, especially the pool, our room had a very cozy vibe to it. I was happy for the most part, but when talking to other workers around the facility, I realized that I was supposed to have a nicer, and more renovated room for my family and I. I would like to remind other people reading this, to "call them before your Check-In time", so that the actual room you booked will be the room you will get. Although I liked my room presented to me, I wished they were more honest, and gave me the room that I initially requested for. Other than that, the hotel is amazing, and I would go there again.

We stayed in one of the new buildings and the suite was very nice. Good shower, comfortable beds, outdoor fire and chairs available. Staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet at Walter's was good.
