"I cannot say enough about how exceptional this hotel is. The room was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. The rooms, by the way, are absolutely beautiful. What stood out the most for me was the service at AWA. From the check in to the servers, the bartenders and housekeeping staff - all were exceptional. There was not a single person employed at the hotel that did not look like they truly wanted to be there. We ate breakfast at the hotel daily and it was amazing. We never had a problem getting a chair and the beach and the water was beautiful. The hotel is quiet. There was no noise to disrupt our sleep. There are always a few people that make your stay extra special: Miguel - lobby bartender - what a genuinely nice person! It was our pleasure to spend time with you. Always a smile and wonderful conversation. We hope to see you again! Ricardo - hotel manager - we actually discussed that we have never seen a more well run hotel. He strives to make every stay perfect for every guest- and for us it was. Thank you! Mimi - rooftop bartender - always made sure we had a drink in our hand and had a welcoming smile.
