"We came here for our honeymoon and our 10 year anniversary. We upgraded to preferred club and my only complaint is there wasn’t enough shared at check-in for what all our amenities were included with the upgrade. Thankfully, we talked to other people and were able to book our spa treatment that was included with the preferred club because spa was a 10 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend the spa 100 times!! the property was very clean and well kept the staff was kind and attentive. I will say the preferred club was just as packed as the other pools and it was often hard to find a good spot without waking up very early to go save a spot for yourself. The food was also very good. My husband is a chef and our biggest worry about an all-inclusive was the lack of good food, but that was not an issue here. The seafood at Oceana was our favorite, but the hibachi experience was definitely our favorite dinner couldn’t recommend more to get in line and get a reservation for that. This was our first all inclusive experience and we would definitely come back. DONT forget to bring sunscreen they will charge you $65 for it. My only complaint!"
