"The beach view is astounding! The food is great! Drinks are awesomeness! We got the all inclusive and was not disappointed. Will get it again for sure. The only issue, the room next to us noise were like if they were in our room. The guests ordered breakfast in bed everyday at 6ish, which was a pain to hear the staff knocking on their door at that early hours. The hotel has no control and is understanding. Would definitely go back. Kudos to Dani at the beach palapas and Eduardo at the pool bar for their excellent cuatomer service All staff is great but these two excelled in their service!!! Aluxes was great experience!"
