Check in guy was sloppy and perhaps on something. Just a weird experience.
Great staff at check in. Gave us information about the area breakfast a bit scant but ok.
Expedia booked two rooms and I only wanted one. I ended up paying for two rooms. Not nice.
Nice hotel, close to airport and border. Nice staff and great breakfast.
When we arrived we were told by Elissa from the Front Desk that the hotel was FULL and they could not honor are reservation made through Orbitz, who also said this hotel does NOT honor 15%. Elissa said if we wanted to wait she would check if there were any cancellations. 15 minutes later she told us they could honor are reservation. An hour later she gave us the key to the room. Elissa also told us they DO honor 15%off but because the reservation was made through Orbitz would have to make the adjustment. After this ordeal I SHOULD receive 15% off this booking. The code is jetsetter . I will be traveling later this week and have SERIOUS DOUBTS about using Orbitz's. The booking was made over the phone.
Good bed, breakfast and amenities. Loved having refrigerator and microwave. But there was mildew in the shower. There was no service. They didn't empty garbage or make up room daily. Price too high for the service.
My experience at the hotel was alright. One issue was that my card reader on my door was malfunctioning and I had to get help to get in my room multiple times. When I asked about moving to a room with a card reader that worked, I was told that wasn't an option.
The room was extremely close to the airport which made the 7 AM flight much more bearable.
They provided me a nice quiet second story room. The blanket had an ugly stain on it. The bathroom was tiny as well as the vanity. The TV still a big thick one. The mattress was hard and very firm. The pillows where as thick as pancakes and seemed about as old the rocks outside. The in room frig made obnoxious sounds every time it cut off. The Breakfast bar was limited. The waffle batter had separated out in the cup in the frig. Half of the packets of butter had come open from improper refrigeration. The juice dispenser serves a watered down orange juice that is barely palatable.
This hotel is close to the airport, clean, staff is very friendly and pleasant. I will continue to stay here.
Very nice accommodations for the price. A comfortable rest overnite before heading for the border in the morning. Only negative was that it smelled a little musty and stale air. It was a no-smoking room so it should have smelled nice & fresh in my opinion.
I got in late and found the motel easily. It was clean the staff cordial and an entirely satisfactory place to get a good night's sleep. They have a breakfast availablr, so that saves both money and time

Thank you for your candid feedback. I am sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the competence of our front desk team. The staff was in training for a new Computer program we were not feeling very comfortable, again I apologize for your checkin. We do hope you give us another chance as we will definitely improve our services. Sincerely, Jannette Sullivan Manager
