Disappointed from advertisement verses actual condition. Very run down and sketchy location

The places was closed and didn’t post anything saying that I drove A hour for nothing I had To book another room

Outdoor entrances was nice. Didn’t like the steps to climb to get to the entrances and the breakfast was not good.

The room size was amazing. Having a kitchen in the room was also pretty great. There were no bugs! And overall it looked like the room was pretty clean. On the negative side, The bathroom was incredibly small. It would have been nice if they had taken a little of the space from the kitchen and made the bathroom larger. Also, the sheets had tears in them, only 3 small towels in the room, only 2 pillows per bed, hair dryer was about to fall off the wall and the coffee maker was broken and leaked all over. These are little things but they still make a difference.

The concept of the suites layout were fine, if it was in decent condition. The location was not safe according to the staff.

This place has so much potential! Fireplaces, spacious, etc. But the doors don’t lock, you can’t use fireplace, there are no plates, etc

The private entrance of our room, the space inside was adequate. It was good for one night. There were cigarette burns and stains on sheets, blankets towels, furniture. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The pillows were not very comfortable. The smoke alarm was hanging by some wires. The woman at the front desk didn't really communicate or understand people when they asked questions. We could not check in early and had a festival to go to that we couldn't leave, But it was easy to check in when we did arrive. The bed were comfortable for one night and there was a TV. We were questioned when we asked for more towels, there were 2 in a room for 4. For the price I paid the accommodations were very fair. I wish we'd been able to swim at the pool.

This place is infested with roaches!!! They'll beat you to your food before you will! The ceiling in the kitchen has water damage and the balcony of my room.on the 3rd floor looks like its gonna become detached because the nails are out of the foundation of the building. If anyone decides to open the balcony and wants to step outside on it it could possibly become fatal... There roaches all in the dining area.. It needs to be shutdown and have the health dept come in... Smh

Property in extremely poor condition. Features lots of weeds, crumbling sidewalks, and rotten wood.

Quite cozy, nice rooms, staff reacts instantly to requests and solves the problems.

I checked and it was dirty snots on the wall soda on the wall spiderwebs I tried to get my money back after checking in and they wouldn’t give it to me I lost $100 the grass when you pulled up was a foot high I didn’t know this I was out of state very disappointed they should be ashamed of themselves

The room has a really nice layout and potential to be a great room. Im not sure if the hotel was under new management or under construction but there were holes in the walls and missing paint. Initially i was assigned to a room that hadnt finished getting clean, but it only took 2 seconds to correct the issue and i was put in a new room that was clean. Overall, the hotel was not in the best shape.

Reasonably priced suites. Spacious and comfortable. Located near most services you may need.

I made this reservation online for my son. Check in was easy and without confusion. The hotel is dog friendly and its independent room access is ideal for dog's bathroom breaks. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Sheets were not changed in second day of stay; no toiletries or hand towel left 2nd day. Overnight ice/snow and sidewalks were not properly shoveled. Breakfast was horrible.

Nice hotel room with good conveniences. However each day the housekeeping became more lax. The bed was put together more messy each day. A lamp needed a finial, I took it apart to let someone know to fix it and it was ignored. 4 days out of 5 I had to have a new key made for the door entry.

The breakfast was very good. Pancakes were left out in plastic bag on the counter, like straight from the box.

The receptionist was rude and cared more about her cell phone than me being a customer.

This is a nice, homey place - more like little apartments than a hotel, but it includes hotel services like breakfast and daily cleaning. Building shows some wear (i.e. doors to lobby) but generally OK.

The first room was filthy and the door would not close and lock. I called the desk 3 times and the girl told me she was busy and would call me back. I ended up with a room that I did not want...wrong configuration. The sencond room was not clean either and I cannot believe that it had a 3 star rating. We will never stay there again. The management made no attempt to make this right despite various complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
