Well managed. Loved the roof top bar. Sad the restaurant was under renovation.

The Park Lane Executive King Suite is definitely worth the rather steep price. It was a long needed treat and resort after a very long flight. The mechanical systems are highly unusual for me to discuss because we tend to take them for granted as a given, but I was extremely pleased to have the safe air conditioning and cleaning products used at Park Lane. Other spots that I had to visit were not safe and created a respiratory emergency. The amenites in the suite were great, but it would help to inform clients of what any fruit are and their nutritional make up. You never know to what folk may end up being allergic. Because of the return to breathing at Park Lane, I stayed one more day to experience the ICC Light Show, Skye, Ebb & Flow. The same room was not available so I had to relocate to a lower floor with far less space. It was ok, but it ended up being immediately beneath the Executive Lounge on Flr 22. As an architect, I wondered why the team, especially the interior designer, did not ensure sound attenuation between floors. The footsteps above sounded a little like a horse galloping back and forth until around 2 AM before return flight day the next day. All this stated, the staff—in particular Brando—were excellent. I would return to Park Lane again or similar level of hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at The Park Lane Hotel; quick and easy checked in and out; clean and comfortable room; location is very convenient for commuting and eateries.

The hotel is average for Hong Kong and $250 per night is steep for what you get. Great location but rooms need an upgrade.

I've been staying at the Park Lane for every Hong Kong visit for the last 23 years. It was a great experience the first time. It was a great experience during my most recent visit. At 2AM, all hotel rooms look pretty much alike. The defining feature of any hotel starts with the staff. These people are good. The entire hotel has been (is being?) renovated since my last visit, so everything is up to date. The rooms are spotless and have ample outlets for our electrified world, including USB charging ports for mobile devices. Wireless connection is excellent. Ever since, I loved this hotel for its great location. There is a big Welcome supermarket just a few steps from the hotel and a mall across it. Tried their dinner buffet and loved it. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

hotel is clean, location is great--there's a supermarket nearby and shops/restaurant are within walking distance. the newer rooms are a bit nicer than the older ones, but they are all not bad.

Excellent location. Clean room. Some staff appeared to be cold with long face.

Very Friendly staffs. Free Internet and newspaper,

Old hotel, need refurbishment. Location is good but too noisy. Just an average hotel.

Not so good experience in staying this hotel, service is slow & no connection between front desk & luggage service, wait about 20 min. at least waiting for room luggage delivery. May be their business s too good to provide proper services. Not suggest to stay if you have other choices.
