The hotel was very nice. I liked the size and layout of the room. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be on the cable TV, or lack there of. There was no guide and many channels were fuzzy.
This hotel offers small studio suites that make longer business trips much easier to take.
I have stayed several times in this branch of hotels, and I have always have great service. The room's comfort and condition has always been excellent. Not to mention full breakfast always great.
Super friendly staff, great rooms and breakfast. Will stay again!!
Our 2 night stay was great. Room was clean and modern.
Was there on a business trip. Clean and quiet as usual. Very accommodating. They let us use a room for an impromptu meeting. Even tried out their workout room ... small but it was ok.
The room is modern, clean and comfortable! I wish there was a microwave in the room and that the fridge was already cold upon arrival. The breakfast bar was delicious!
Hotel is close to interstate and near several dining options (Ruth's Chris, Cooper's Hawk Winery and many more!) The hotel is always clean and the staff exceptionally kind.
Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful both at check in and checking out. Breakfast was wonderful, good selection for my kids. Room was large, nice experience.
i enjoyed my stay, i would be nice to have wired internet access.
I loved their staff's hospitality; they were extremely helpful in every which way they could be. The free breakfast was not the best, but they did offer food and beverages for sale that were more delicious. It was very comfortable in the rooms, and there was plenty of parking. Overall, a comfy hotel-- I would stay there again.
This is a nice hotel and a pretty good value for the money. I would recommend it to anyone that has to go to Hoffman Estates for just a few days.
Other reviews were right on the mark about the tile floors around the elevators causing noise problems. We thought we might escape them on the sixth floor, but we were directly in front of the elevator/on the tile, and we could hear everything that went on outside. Rowdy wedding parties, kids playing tag through the halls and elevator, babies crying, etc. It was alright for the most part though, didn't keep us up, and when I talked to the staff about it in the morning, they refunded the movie we bought on pay per view (without my asking for anything of the sort) and gave us an extra couple hours to checkout so we could nap during their quiet time. Staff was very understanding and nice.
I was very pleased with our stay! Overall it was a superior hotel with a modern and clean feeling. The room was great super spacious and neat with a great bed. They had a handy pull out in the couch for our third person. I would highly recommend it. the best part is the breakfast buffet in the morning!! Yummmm!
Only 35 miles from Midway Airport. Gorgeous design of all Hyatt Place hotels. Chilis and TGIF walking distance.
My boyfriend and I checked into this hotel after experiencing some maintenance issues in our apartment and I found that this hotel was in the area. The room was quite large and extremely clean. I appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating the staff was. Free breakfast the next morning was definitely appreciated. The only small negative comments I have is that there were no lotion or normal toiletries in the room ( I had to go down to the front desk) and the shower took a long time to dispense warm water. Pretty comfortable stay in a comfortable room.
Great place to stay! Not too far away from the mall and other attractions. I would for sure stay here again.
I just needed a day to relax, and enjoy time with my daughter one-on-one and I wouldnt have picked a better place to stay. The service was quick, the room was very private, the place was excellent. A little on the pricey side since I am a single mother but it was definately worth it. Thank you so much!
I can't believe this was only a 3 Star hotel. I would have rated it a 5 Star. This place was awesome. The free breakfast was a HOT breakfast as well. We are definitely staying here again, when we have a trip to IL. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. Would recommend to anyone. I couldn't believe the price either I thought $88.00 with tax included for 2 people was stellar.
Very pleasant, clean, inviting, large room. Very friendly at front desk, large TV in room.
