"No dollies to help bring a family of fours ski gear to the hotel room. When staff was asked about where a dolly may be they just shrugged. It’s a bit run down for its age. No hotel bar. Mostly occupied by young party goers. Good location and underground parking was handy. "

"Our room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the view was gorgeous. My husband and I booked the Aquapath and had a very nice experience with our guide. We then went to the restaurant to have a delicious breakfast accompanied by live music. Everything about our experience was pleasant until we asked for a late checkout. We asked for an extra hour since we were at the spa and then had a reservation at the restaurant and would have liked to grab our things afterward. We spoke to the receptionist and she told us she was not authorized to allow any more late checkouts and that it was $50 for every half hour if we wanted to stay. I let her know we had just spent time in their spa and were eating at their restaurant and surely they would appreciate that we were supporting their hotel. I don’t think an extra hour is a big ask. Again, she repeated it was policy and that we had to pay extra. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but they conveniently were not to arrive until after 11 o’clock. So, we went up to our room, packed up our belongings and brought our bags downstairs before heading for breakfast. This was very disappointing and shocking. It left a poor taste in our mouths and we will not be back. Sorry to say. "
