My fiancé and I love coming to Blue Mountain and have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s usually one of our favorite getaways. The location is amazing, everything around the village is convenient, walkable, and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a cozy, home-like feel. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good and the service in the morning was great. This stay wasn’t quite up to the usual standard though. The booking process has become a bit of a hassle. Even when confirming a village view through Expedia, I still had to reconfirm by text and again at check-in. Dinner service was slow with only one server handling both the bar and the floor, and it took over 45 minutes for a chicken club. Also, concierge and express service were unavailable after 9 PM. I tried calling several times but had to go downstairs myself for water and tea packets that were missing. Still, we really enjoy this place and will definitely come back. Hoping to see the great service we’ve always loved return next time.

Nice rooms and comfy beds, nice renovation , the food at the restaurant is way better than the foods in the village. The waterslide pool and activities around it was closed without any prior notice. the regular pool and hot tub was open.
