It was great. The room was perfect. Only thing was when we checked in we never recieved our attraction wristbands or was told about it. We purchased attraction tickets out of pocket and found out from other guest of other hotels that this band was given to them. With any stay in villiage. I had to look it up on the blue mountain website, when I confronted the front desk that I didn’t get it, they gave me the bands right away and offered to wave my resort fee, however it’s been a couple of days and my credit card was already charged this fee. Waiting a while before I escalate it.

5 star resort property, close to ski lifts, market, shopping, and lake. Heated pool and hot tub with sauna! Staff all very friendly and helpful from check in to thought out our stay! One bedroom suite with small kitchen had all you needed for a short stay. The room was clean with two flat screen TVs.
