The room was amazing, clean and comfortable you made our stay in the hotel a lovely memory of this area as we are seniors moving to Thunder Bay to go to a retirement living Chartwell facility. Our 3 sons live in Thunder Bay and in our last years we wanted to be close to family. Thank you for giving us a beautiful memory of your hotel. The staff are fantastic!!! It was a great hidden gem. Only thing I’d change is the rust around the hair products in the shower and the hand soap by the sink. Brought it down a bit but honestly the space overall was exceptionally clean! Thank you!
