"I was given a different room from the one I booked and the front desk was kinda rude. Parking was not an option and they make no effort to inform you of this prior, but offer a costly/ pressured valet solution on arrival... Room felt like a motel 6. Very outdated and alot of things were broken. For the price you'd expect the sink to at least drain properly. Or a toliet seat that was installed correctly and not half off the bowl. Pool was filthy, 1/10 clean/safe. 5/10 overall rating cause it could have been worse. Aside from 1 rude front desk lady with a wrist brace, everyone else was very pleasant. Hotel is conveniently located to most places, which is a perk cause they take your car for good. So make sure you unloaded everything in one go! "
