Hotel is convenient to downtown & the staff is great. Rooms were comfortable and clean!

We stayed at the Marriott after the Amy Shumer comedy show. The location is perfect for Consol events. Everything was very nice.

Our room was not ready at check-in time. We asked for a room with two beds and received a room with a King size bed. When we told staff of their error we were told that was all they had - take it or leave it. I'm done with these over-priced clowns.

We stayed for one night after a Pens game. The location was ideal and the room very clean. However, the beds were uncomfortable and did not seem level. The lobby was so loud that the woman checking us in could not hear our name. She also had trouble speaking English and understanding/answering questions.

I brought my son here for his birthday present , so he could see the kid play hockey. The hotel was awesome , clean, roomy , and best of all right across from the arena . I would recommend this hotel 100 %.

Very good. Would recommend to others. Definitely will go back

It was fantastic and they have great military rates!

Met and exceeded all expectations for the price. Great value and close location to Arena. Very comfortable bedding.

Room was nice clean and comfortable. Hotel Service was very good. Give this hotel the best rating IMO

I booked here because of someone else's review that said it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc....right in the middle of it all. NO, it's not! We either had to drive or take a cab everywhere. The rooms are comfortable and somewhat updated, but it still felt "old" and worn out. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Great time, right next to Penguins stadium! Beautiful view of the city and close to restaurants and bars. Never have to drive!

Very nice hotel and very close to the three sports stadiums!

Convenient, clean, with easy access to Downtown and the Consol Energy Center

My boyfriend and I stayed in the city for his birthday and had a great time and made the choice to stay here for the night. Breakfast was awesome! Totally would recommend it!

It was over 100 degrees in Pittsburgh. In the middle of the night, the city had a water main break that affected the entire area. The air conditioning system was connected to the water system, so the air conditioning didn't work. There was no water. Through all this the hotel staff was wonderful. They sent up cold bottled water for the baby formula, complimentary room service, and comped my parking fee in addition to giving me a $50 rebate on my credit card.

restaurant food was AMAZING! the fitness center was very modern and up to date! couldn't find how to enter the pool though?!

The folks at the hotel not only went above and beyond any expectation I could of ever have had. I was in a pinch to get my Penguins Game1 tickets and the front desk got one of the managers to help me print my tickets no matter what. Point 2. When we checked in there was some a minor mishap but [...] the manager on duty fixed everything and made sure our room was suite instead of just a king. Thank you all so very much and I can not wait to stay with you folks again!GO PENS!!!!!!p.s. They have a Starbucks in house.

Reception staff were helpful. Hotel location is outstanding for events at Consul, 30 second walk. Will book again at Marriott City Center. Quick and easy location from interstate highway.

This was a good place to stay. A little loud at night but the staff was wonderful.

was a good stay other than poor service at the hotel bar. Don't know who to blame...the server, bartender or the kitchen staff but all were slow and not attentive. Other than that, short drive to the strip and amazing food and shopping. We were there to go to the new arena which was just a short walk from the hotel. Glad we stayed where we did!!!
