Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the 7th fl had a great view. Bridges to our left and to our right! Black out shades was a plus. Large Samsung TV was nice. My only criticisms about the room was that the lighting was very bright. I wished that there was a second light in the bathroom that was dim and the shower head setting dial was lower; as a petite person changing the shower head setting was not easy. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants on the Strip.

The room was very clean and the location was right where i wanted to be.

The location, staff, and room were excellent. The WiFi was sub-par and there were incongruities between the level of care in the room and the hall ways and elevators. It wasn't bothersome just noticeable.

The property is very clean and we are very satisfied with our room. The location is very good, walkable to everywhere - strip district, downtown or north side. We were told that nobody will come to our room to clean the room, which was fine with us. Yet the lady who is helping with the towels said she would go to our room to drop off some garbage bags... The complimentary water is in the fridge, mixed with all the other drinks and snacks. - this is confusing. The grab and go breakfast is really bad, pretty much is diabetes-causing.

I liked the hotel. It was clean and quiet. Staff were informative.

Chelsey and the rest of the staff was very helpful. The site was under construction but didn't effect our stay very much.

The room was large and comfy and view was nice and the location is great and parking is free

Staff was prompt, attentive, and friendly in all matters. Would stay again anytime!

There was hair under the covers of our bed and also used sheets in the pullout sofa. Other than that, the hotel was great. Easy checkin and checkout. Room was very spacious!

Great location with parking included! Room was very spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again when visiting Pittsburgh.

Overall experience was poor. The rooms were tired and the hotel was less than clean.

Good location! Great parking! Good breakfast! Nice views!

The staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Several of our family members stayed there too and they all had similar experiences. Particularly, the breakfast staff, food, and setting were appreciated. We look forward to staying there again.

Love it! Great location, free parking and a good staff!

Good customer service free parking clean room great location

Property was clean; service at the desk was great.

The hotel is just average. When I booked the room, the refrigerator was in the list of the room amenities, but it wasn't there. I was told only suits have one. The room was

We had a great time. The room was spacious and well designed. Breakfast was super with many options from oatmeal to waffles to smoothies. Two types of eggs and bacon or sausage were other options. It is situated within walking distance of many restaurants, and the Heinz museum is right across the street. Fresh baked cookies greeted us when we got back from the day’s activities. We will definitely visit again.
