The toilet was nonfunctional but it was so late at night I did not want to bother because my daughter was still asleep. The tub did not drain. The pull out bed had no mattress or linens. Spoke to the woman at the reception desk who assured me that the manager would call me the next day and he or she did not. The lobby was beautiful but would not go there again

So i checked in around 5pm there was no mention about heat not working when we got in the room it was freezing. So i went to the front desk they told that the hest is broken in the whole building it we want they have extra blankets. It was a freezing night i slept with my clothes on even my shoes UNBELIEVABLE

The room are on bad condition, AC don’t work properly, I set thermostat at 56 never get 75 degrees, every time I come in, smell really bad, like weed smoke, Carpet are in bad condition, mosquitoes coming out of sink and tub? The sides doors don’t work properly, night time you have to go around to main entrance, at night for a woman the place doesn’t look safe to walk around to main entrance? They just leave one roll of tissue? I come here for vacation to be close to my family on ronkonkoma, my wife and kids don’t stay here with me because of the bad reviews. I am from Virginia. I come to Long Island every two months with my family, to visit my parents In the last 6 years since I move to Virginia this is the worst hotel!!!

Easy to get to. The view out the back window was poor but I know that is unavoidable

I will try to be objective. the room. assigned was half clean. When turn on the night lamps I could notice condom wrappers and other things disgusting. Request the change of room. and they did it immediately. They gave me a room. With the carpet Take off twelve from the ground completely. Dirty and full of stains, the heating does not work properly. The attention of the staff. Very good but the state of the whole hotel is deplorable old and dirty.

This hotel has been around a long time under various names. The staff were wonderful, the atmosphere when you walk in has always been appealing. The carpeting and wallpaper are in desperate need of replacement especially by the pool area although our floor # 2 smelt of musty as well as our room like there was a water leak. Hallway carpeting was not nice at all.. Overall a good stay

We froze to death no heat and not able to have any since the hotel does not turn on heat until after September. Was 60 degrees in my room. Carpet was a mess, not a great experience. Will not use ORBITZ again.

The physical condition of the hotel was poor. It seems that the hotel is in the process of major renovations which it desperately needs. None of the ice machines worked except on the fifth floor where they have started the renovations.. the carpet was pulled and I had to walk over the exposed glue on the floor to get to the only ice machine in the hotel that worked! The staff was fine but had I known the condition of the hotel for the price that I payed I could have stayed in a better facility slightly further away from the event that we attended.

Carpets are old and filthy. Drop down ceilings have stains and the entire place smells like mildew

This hotel is in terrible shape. They need to renovate badly. The carpets in common areas and rooms are filthy, worn down, heavily soiled and need to be torn out immediately. This hotel has an odor of water damage. They need to make serious changes and should really cut prices in half until they renovate because the soda machines don’t even work and take your money. Stay clear !!
