Great bed in some rooms. Bathrooms clean. Carpets need replaced

Greg is always friendly and tries his best to give me the attention if requested

Some of the King size beds have great mattress covers and they are great. Well rested

Friendly staff, location close to Highway accrss, renovating upper floors.

Convenient, clean, nice staff.... good experience overall

Hotel is under renovation, not in perfect shape. Bed is small. Ok for one night stay.

Close to downtown where we had dinner and saw a wonderful concert.

It was annoying that the restaurant was only open for breakfast. The hotel location was right off the highway which was convenient but the option for food and drinks were very limited

My experience was great and I have a club card sobi can receive points for each stay for me and my girlfriend.

Place was nice , comfortable, quite, my warning is bring your own snacks , they had no snack shop or vending machine for snacks , they had soda machine on one floor and the ice on another and no refrigerator in the room so make sure your snacks can stay at room temp

Arrived to find an added 17 per day for parking... Had to go offsite to eat as food in hotel is really quite bad. Even my daughter, who never complains about food, said she would rather not eat if it's at the hotel, and we were there for a week so it was difficult. It needs to be updated. The gym is excellent.

This was the second year in a row my girlfriend and I stayed at the Radisson the weekend of the marathon. It's a great location as it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the start in Bushnell Park. The hotel is in need of some updates, but we stay there because of the location, so not that big of a deal. What was disappointing is that the lock on our first room broke the second time we tried to enter. After going down to the front desk twice, thinking the key card was not working, a gentleman from engineering came to open the door and assisted us in changing rooms. After the marathon, a couple of friends decided to stay the night in Hartford, so we requested to change rooms to one that had two beds. The request was granted, which was great, except the new room smelled like an ash tray. Since it was the third room in 2 nights, we just asked that room service spray the room and just dealt with the odor. Overall, average experience. I'd stay there again based solely on location. The employees were helpful and some of the issues we experienced were out of their control, but nonetheless it wasn't a GREAT stay.

Toilet lid was broken. tired building. Parkin a ripoff.

Not a big fan. I've stayed here in the past (many years ago) and it seems that the hotel hasn't been updated since. First off, parking prices are obscene. $17/night is literally highway robbery, since there's no alternatives. The first room I went to smelled like bad B.O. When I went back down to change rooms, I was greeted with complete shock - as in, our rooms don't smell bad! I felt like I was trying to convince them. After that, I did get a better smelling room, and it was fine, but nothing more. I'd say this isn't worth the money, although for the area, that may be the going rate for some reason. Anywhere else, this would feel like a budget hotel.

Hotel was a bit pricey, they charge $17 extra to park your car yourself. The shower water was like warm, no refrigerator in the room and all the soda and water machines were out. It was an overpriced hotel. It was nice and clean though.

Location isn't easy walk to downtown meetings or restaurants. Surrounded on several sides by freeways.

We selected the hotel based on its location (close to the arena). The room we were given was small (we even heard one clerk say that to the other at check-in, our clerk said, yes but that is what was assigned).. I guess the website got us the hole-in-the-wal. When I heard this I was concerned, when I walked into the room, I was upset. It was a small corner room barely fitting the bed, the A/C did not work (thankfully because that got us a different room). Be careful about booking through here because you get the small rooms. In addition, the concert was cancelled and thus we could have gone home sooner, but since we booked through here, we could not cancel the last night of our stay. The hotel told us if we had booked directly through them, they would have allowed us to cancel the last night.

Hotel was ok, but it's showing some age. First off, parking is very overpriced at $17/night. Second, check your room before you settle too much, first room smelled bad, and I ended up realizing too late that my shower drain was very clogged. Otherwise, quiet, free interenet, and clean. Bottom line, I'd probably choose a different hotel in the area for their prices.

We stayed in this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Xfinity Center. It was within walking distance of the venue and worked out perfect!

I found black mold behind the curtain in room 810, which was unsettling. I would normally have asked to be moved, but I was taking the bar exam and didn't have time to deal with it. Besides this, the room was adequate. The walls were a little thin, but the other guests were not too loud. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful including the parking attendant, maintenance, and concierge. They should do a better job cleaning the rooms, however. I also notice dirty dishes from room service laying outside in the hallway frequently. The bed was not that comfortable. I elected not to spend $20 on eggs and had my own breakfast. The bottom line was that I did not get the value for what I paid and will not choose this chain ever again.

Dear Pat, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay with us. It looks like we did not provide you with enough information about the hotel at time of check-in as we do have vending machines on the lobby level and 2nd floor and the soda/ice machines alternate floors. We do hope this will not deter you form staying with us again in the future. Safe Travels!
