Hotel room was infested with crawling tiny bugs all over the bureaus and God knows where else before we ran out of the room. The hotel redeemed our stay.

Stay was good. Bathroom needs a fan and tub was patched in places. Towels were clean but a little rough feeling. Beds were very comfy! Pool was very nice, again the pool towels felt like sandpaper when drying off. Has a wonderful splash pad for kids! Would stay here again.

The hotel is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant odor throughout. The lighting in both the common areas and the room was cold, not warm tones, making everything feel even more dreary. The furniture in the room was falling apart, the sheets were not clean (we found hair on them), bed cover smelled of pungent sweat, and the overpowering chemical smell from cleaning products had clearly seeped into the carpets and walls. It was genuinely uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to leave. The price absolutely does not reflect the quality of the experience. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unprofessional and gave the impression that they were doing us a favor by checking us in. Thankfully, the staff at checkout was friendly and courteous, which was one of the very few positives of our stay. Overall, I would not return. The hotel is in desperate need of a full renovation, and the persistent odor alone was enough to make me feel nauseous.

The hotel is large and spacious. Room was wonderful. Proximity to the Main Street of Plymouth was good. My disappointment was that a place with all these other strong points lacked a restaurant. My wife and I are old and have limited mobility to go out to eat. I know, hotel restaurants typically lose a little money, but for us, they are a drawing card.

We could not have asked for a more convenient location as the pier and many restaurants were within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. One very minor drawback was an issue with the shower head which was bent at a somewhat awkward angle. There was some construction/renovation work going on in the pool area which resulted in some unavoidable noise for a short time. All in all, we would gladly stay there again.
