It looks like they are trying to update rooms. Some areas where walls had small holes and were not fixed. Some type of open vent hole expose in the bathroom. Very happy with how comfortable the beds were. Loved the close view to the water, however windows were dirty. My opinion they should update their website. No pool and no lounge. Just for the money this time of year we thought there would be more to offer.

The hotel is located on the beach, unfortunately it's Feb.and in Massachusetts. I think it's also being used as some sort of shelter for homeless? People walking around talking loudly and you can hear music playing in other rooms late at night.

The motel is in pretty rough condition. The staff is fantastic and do their best to accommodate. There are absolutely no refunds and i felt like i was being babysat. A local shelter was using half the motel for rooms and i had FIVE separate adults approach if not yell at me as if i were in the program. I felt extremely uncomfortable and switched hotels immediately. When we had to return because we left something in the room, the staff member was extremely kind in helping us despite the late hour.

We stayed here for date night and the ocean view was beautiful, though they really should put back the stairs to the beach because climbing down the rocks is dangerous and my man saw a guy faceplant on the rocks while trying to get back up to the hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and it was all clean.

Property is right on the water. Rooms are clean and comfortable. This was perfect for us for an overnight. Breakfast was included, hot tub was a nice feature.

I think this place is awesome, authentic, and in a beautiful spot, I will stay there again! I loved it!

Great location and a variety of things to do on property- indoor pool, bar/small restaurant area, music on Friday and Saturday nights, right on the beach. A little rundown and the pool is right next to the bar/restaurant area so people can see you when you're swimming. I recommend having some kind of a shade to pull across the windows.

walk on beach [ and delish swim!] less than 1/4 mile away. Beach not available at the motel when we were passing through because of high tide.

Basic for a hotel, but the view was spectacular and worth the visit. They have a small beach that you can walk on when the tide is out. Great place to stay overnight if you're visiting Plymouth Rock or passing through. Bonus: There's a nice little beach bar within in walking distance which was the hot spot on Saturday night. The hotel also had a live band.

Old & tired. The only thing going for it is the location...direct ocean front.

Front desk staff was friendly upon check in. Let us know a band would be playing until about 9 and gave us a rundown of places to order from and directions to the quick drive downtown. Breakfast was basic cold cereal, yogurt, waffles, bagels and coffee and juice. View from the lounge and North ocean rooms waa fantastic .

Absolutely wonderful weekend getaway with the kids! I had been debating vacationing here for several years and finally made the move and tried it out. What an awesome place right on the ocean! During the time of year that we went, high tide was very early so there was little beach in the morning. I recommend seeing the sights in Plymouth in the morning and then returning to the hotel mid day to get the most out of the beach. There is a huge sitting area with all kinds of seating overlooking the beach and ocean. Breakfast was pretty decent but you have to go to any hotel with reasonable expectations. You can't expect a 4 course meal for free. They had a make your own waffle maker, plenty of cereal, muffins, bagels, OJ,coffee, juice, milk etc.The staff are all professional. A true hidden gem here and we will certainly return.
