Room was in good condition, the staff was courteous. I booked an oceanfront room for the ocean view, but there were storm panels on the balcony obstructing the view. My visit was in February, so I understand the need for the storm panels, but it did not say anything about this in the listing. The room could have used a coffee table by the couch.

The recent renovations are a good improvement from what they offered before. Room for improvement : TV had bad picture quality and there was not one rug in the king deluxe room. Little things like that make a big difference in comfort and appeal. Breakfast was slightly lacking options. Staff was courteous.

Beds were comfortable, check in was easy, view was wonderful, bathroom was a bit dirty but the room itself was clean overall. Could use some attention to details in terms of cleaning thoroughness but that could be fixed. The breakfast was minimal but had coffee which is all I wanted for the morning. Adding bananas and peanut butter would be nice. We were given the best room, corner room with no neighbors so it was very quiet, much appreciated. Parking was easy. Not sure if we would stay again but it was nice. View was the best part. I’d opt for a balcony next time

It is an ok place. Nice and comfortable beds and sheets. The towels are pretty rough and not soft at all. This is my second time staying there, So obviously two different rooms. The showers are very weird. More like a bathroom faucet with a shower head sticking out of the bottom of the faucet. The pressure is weak too. Both times I have been there, the pool and the hot tub have brownish rings around the sides, I would never step foot in either one. The breakfast is simple and easy. I would love it if they had hard boiled eggs or something like that. But it is still all free. The staff had always been great.
