The air conditioner was so loud the all night that the whole family could not sleep. We as well went to restaurant for breakfast that was so horrible as well. What a waste of money for the hotel

Had a one night stay but was disappointed overall. Room was clean but damp (it was humid out, but did not rain). Pool looked like fun but the chlorine smell was too much and the jacuzzi looked too dirty and we opted out of ever going in the pool (which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel). Front desk person allowed us to check in earlier than 3 pm, which was great, and was nice and friendly. Had a business office to easily print theater tickets which we’d left behind, very helpful. Overall, it was ok for a night and served its purpose. The beds were comfortable, but the pool was a disappointment and the musty smell from the a/c was a bummer. Great location. Ample parking. Did not try the restaurant.

Love the pool. We go back every year just for that crazy water slide

Old needs updating. Bathtubs have mildew on grout. Dusty light fixtures, room phone doesn’t work

Staff was great, the restaurant was very good, the pool was awesome for the kiddos, and the room was just okay - but clean. Overall, I would recommend.

Kids loved the pool. Onsite dining was convenient. Quick walk to Plymouth Rock.

Great staff and service! Very family friendly. Lots of activities to enjoy.

Very nice for my business stop over. Nice accommodations.

The location was excellent as were the staff. Aside from the extreme cold we had a fantastic and informative stay. The Thanksgiving dinner was good.

Centrally located, clean quiet accommodations with some great colonial historical furnishings. Walking distance to a ton of things

Great location, cozy room, helpful and welcoming staff. Our room was facing back of the hotel which looks like a garden from our window. Very quite and pleasant stay.

We only stayed over night but the pool is really fun. The location is great. Walkable to restaurant and seaside.

Pleasant front staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Service in the restaurant was a little slow. Took 15 minutes to get a muffin for breakfast when we were the only ones in there.

Very nice hotel close to everything. Great pool, staff very nice.

Nice place to stay, reasonably priced and family friendly. My grandson loved the pool area and water slide and I enjoyed the hot tub conveniently located where I could still keep an eye on him. Rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable bedding. Only downside was no continental breakfast available. We did try the attached Hearth and Kettle restaurant and it was way overpriced and terrible food. I recommend eating anywhere but there... otherwise hotel stay was great!

The pool is wonderful and the reason to go....location is good and staff are helpful.

Our room was very small and the pool area didn't have enough seating. I had to stand the whole time, every time we went to the pool. We also didn't have anywhere to put our things! My siblings were sad because they are 14 and you have to be 16 to go into hot tub. One big disappointment was the fact that the waterfire tavern is a bar and closes at 10. The pool closes at 10 so after the pool we all got dressed and relatives came to visit and the plan was to get drinks and apps at the tavern, we went down to the tavern and it was closed. The family was very disappointed as we had a short visit with our relatives.

Walking distance to everything! Good food at restaurant. Pool is nice. Kids loved it.

The hotel was very nicely located within walking distance of Plymouth Harbor and many nice shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a lovely indoor pool for the children. We would definitely stay here again.
