I don’t like because we went to the pool theres a lot of bleach in the water! The rooms is big ant very clean and organized but the only thing we don’t like is the pool! We went the water for less the 1 hour ant we got out because too much bleach in the water!
Great things: Very family friendly. Super Clean. Friendly staff. Common room with table tennis and board games was a huge bonus! Not so great: could hear people in the other room very clearly some trash was on the ground behind the window, not a very happy view.
Everything was smooth and convenient staff was nice
It was our best hotel experience since the pandemic. Great service, beautiful hotel, fun pool, etc.
Historic. But a tad run down in some rooms.
Very close to everything in town! Thin walls!
The location
Hi, john carver inn &Spa ,We enjoy your place and we really like the pool
The location of hotel was great, beds and pillows was comfortable. Accessing the pool was not easy and was not advertised through the hotel website or on orbitz. The pool was at reduced capacity which was understanding but there was no system or time limit so everyone got a swim in while you stay there. The One lifeguard On duty was also the person responsible for counting the people constantly, telephoning the people on a waitlist and overall doing every other job other than being a lifeguard. Not a good experience overall.
The air conditioner was so loud the all night that the whole family could not sleep. We as well went to restaurant for breakfast that was so horrible as well. What a waste of money for the hotel
Had a one night stay but was disappointed overall. Room was clean but damp (it was humid out, but did not rain). Pool looked like fun but the chlorine smell was too much and the jacuzzi looked too dirty and we opted out of ever going in the pool (which was one of the reasons we booked the hotel). Front desk person allowed us to check in earlier than 3 pm, which was great, and was nice and friendly. Had a business office to easily print theater tickets which we’d left behind, very helpful. Overall, it was ok for a night and served its purpose. The beds were comfortable, but the pool was a disappointment and the musty smell from the a/c was a bummer. Great location. Ample parking. Did not try the restaurant.
Love the pool. We go back every year just for that crazy water slide
Old needs updating. Bathtubs have mildew on grout. Dusty light fixtures, room phone doesn’t work
Staff was great, the restaurant was very good, the pool was awesome for the kiddos, and the room was just okay - but clean. Overall, I would recommend.
