Nice location with friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included

This is a very relaxing setting and we hope to return in the future

Our only issue was the room. We were first put into what I describe as an "attic." After negatively responding to an Orbitz survey, I was contacted by the manager who offered to change our room. We did, but that room had an extremely noise heating system where the heat did not reach the bathroom nor the parlor area. We shut the heating system off and used an extra blanket for that one remaining night. The ground are very nice. We went in November, so much of it was dead or dying, but we can imagine it would be an extremely nice looking resort in the Spring/Summer. The restaurant and separate bar that were open at this time of year were nice.

This is paradise and what I call “ A slice of heaven in Connecticut “!! Beautiful place, wonderful staff, you never want to leave !! Diane Fiore

Nice hotel on the water, nice restaurant and staff. The rooms are spacious only problem are the walls are thin so you can hear everything in the next rooms.

Fire Alarm went off twice and they still stuck to their normal 11 am check out. We were there only one night and asked to check out at 1 pm instead. No customer service.

Generally pleasing, very expensive, and over rated.

Very nice hotel close to the beach and many other attractions, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff and location, but things were clearly very old. The sheets were very pilly and incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows had no support and we’re fairly worthless.

Stayed here for one night, had a conference the next day. The views were amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the layout of the hotel which is pretty confusing. Other than that, perfect local getaway right on beach.

Beautiful hotel well kept Grounds very clean. Right on the beach, indoor outdoor pools , tennis courts, gym.

Not sure why I am being prompted in Chinese & Spanish. Very nice property with a terrific spa experience, but the front desk and room service were slip shod and ungracious given the clientele and the prices...we might return, but hope we are better received and serviced while visiting the area which we found captivating. ms
