My room was on the second floor above the lobby. I had to listen to the very loud sliding door in the lobby open and close all night. Not sure why it was so loud but it woke me up every time someone came in or out of the lobby. Also the bed was terrible. Sunk in the middle and seemed like it had broken springs or something.

Management claimed I was a no show took my money. I haven’t not gotten a refund I was there they refused surface when my friend came over suddenly. They didn’t ask questions or have any consideration. They refuse to corporate with Expedia.
