South of Montauk Highway and East of the Canal this two bedroom Townhouse is set in a gated private 12 unit community on over 5 acres. The heated pool and clubhouse are a short walk form this unit with an outdoor shower. This was the builder’s model and has 2 superior decks with views of the harbor. You can walk to 3 of Southampton outstanding restaurants with outside dining. Several other waterfront restaurants plus Southampton beaches are a short drive away. Conveniently located in Hampton Bays with local food and grocery delivery. This unit also has a finished basement, washer , dryer, a semi private backyard, and front porch. The master bedroom has a large deck with superior views of the harbor and passing boats. The master bath includes a walk in shower and a Bain Ultra air jet tub.
