quiet location considering location. great room size. breakfast was not the best.

This hotel is the so nasty and roach infested place ever. Checked 3/20/20 was given a room originally that was not cleaned at all. Then was given 424 had my family with me went to put food in the microwave and it was full of roaches. They were all behind the microwave, fridge on the wall every were. I went to the front desk in my nightgown and tennis shoes to get a refund at 12:16am. The night auditor told me I would have to contact orbitz to get my refund since I booked through the site. That was incorrect information. Left the hotel that night and went across the street did not get a call from the hotel manager or anything returned to the hotel the around noon and the front desk called Paul the GM I’ll upload the videos and pictures.

Nice property and convenient location. Close to several stores and restaurants.

Location cleanliness. Breakfast is early I had kids they did not eat breakfast was over when they wake up

1.The bathroon had a half roll of toilet paper. 2. Had to take the shower curtain to the front desk to get a clean non mildew curtain. 3. Toilet seat rocking almost fell off. 4. Liquid residue running down the front & side of the night stand. 5. Liquid residue running down the front of the bathroom counter. 6. Bathroob tub had hair & durt ring in the tub was not cleaned. 7. Room Coffee machine dirty & no coffee in lobby cause pots were being cleaned. 8. Window sill had stains 9. Sheet had orange cheerios stains. Not changed & was turned upside down to where the tag was in my face. 10. Could not sleep cause room was to dirty. 11. Fridge shelves were nasty 12. Bathroom floor was not cleaned. 13. This is the second time staying here that the room was not cleaned. Requesting a FULL REFUND!

Looked like a brand new property. Seemed clean and staff very friendly. would stay here again.

Have stayed here several times in the past with no issue. Its a nice hotel. Unforunatly this time the room I was in had bed bugs! I didnt know it until about 4:00 am after finding several bites. I did let the front desk associate know and she said she would contact the GM right away. Not sure if she did or not. Would have loved to talk to him myself but had an early checkout and couldnt wait around.

Check-in was problematic. I called around 4:00 to guarantee a late arrival. Arrived at 10:00 pm and was given a room filled with cigarette smoke and other people’s things. We were ultimately given , I assume, someone else’s room—and was promised a discount that we haven’t seen evidence of so far. The front desk staff were very friendly, just organization issues maybe on which rooms are still occupied—and lack of follow through about the discount.

The staff went out of their way to work with me. Had problems with Orbitz

When I got to the property, they had given up my room (which was a 2 Queen Bed room), so we ended up with the only available room (Standard KING) for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids). What do you do at 2AM after your flight gets in? THEN, they wanted to charge me DOUBLE wait we paid for on the booking (which did get corrected, but thankfully I caught that...again, at 2AM after working and flying all day). I asked the front desk to get the room situation fixed, and was told by the overnight front desk person that they would get it taken care of...it did not happen. All of the front desk people I interacted with (3 different people), none of them were particularly friendly. The good things, the room was mostly clean. The breakfast was very good, hot, and fresh. The people doing the breakfast were EXTREMELY friendly and inviting.

It was a newer hotel. I don't think I could find anything wrong. It was a perfect spot for us to stop for the night on the way to our vacation destination.

Great hotel, 5 minutes walk to shops &restaurants galore. Friendly staff, pretty good self serve breakfast. The only downfall was the towels, they were really really hard, I had to wet them before using. I look forward to my next visit.

Excellent service overall, the only setback was the mattress, super comfy but too hot!
