This place was horrible. Had mold. Water leakage. Poorly made beds upon arrival. Hair in the tub and poor drainage in the tub upon arrival. No one ever came to make up beds or change out towels. I would never stay here again.

The hotel was not up to par. Very disappointed in Marriot at this time.

Great hotel, far away enough from Atlanta to avoid heavy traffic the next morning.

Great experience staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. However it seemed that is where the nice part of the stay ended. The first night was a complete disaster, the bed was so hard I might as well have been sleeping on the floor. The pillows are so flat I could have rolled up a towel for more support. The door doesn't seal well at all, so much light pours in, it seemed like the bathroom light was on. The bathtub didnt drain, so taking a shower was like taking a bath. Now not necessarily part of the room but there must have been a family in the room above me (I was in 322) and until 2am the kids were running, jumping, screaming, laughing, apparently doing whatever they wanted, and then started again at 6am. So I didnt sleep at all that night. The next morning I requested a different room and was moved to room 420 and the bed was a little better but still way to firm, probably I wouldn't stay here again just based on that. The door leaked light and there seemed to still be kids running up and down the halls. Lastly the only other part of the hotel I tried was the hot tub and although it was nice and hot, the jets when on are so extreme the water is splashing our of the hot tub, it was like a tsunami in there, not very relaxing. I wouldn't recommend the hotel based on the room issues, however the staff was nice and the hotel overall was clean and nice.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Always friendly staff, clean rooms/facility! The suite-style rooms are comfortable and even if you are near the elevators or ice machine, you don't hear a thing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Always enjoy our stay at Courtyard. Lots of nearby restaurants and, also shopping.

Clean, clean, clean. Sheets were great. Rooms smelled nice. My only complaint is the lobby room freshener. I'm allergic to perfumes and it was hard to breathe while walking through. I loved my stay here.

Nice hotel and friendly staff yet the receptionist failed to explain the small fee held for 3 days in case of damage! I had to ask about the charge once I saw it on my online banking statement! Receptionist failed to inform me on the check out time! I called to call the front desk and ask.

The room was comfortable, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The refrigerator was not an actual refrigerator, but a cooler, this was disappointing as I needed to keep drinks and some food items cold. Although the surroundings were nice, the hotel is geared towards the business class. However my overall stay was enjoyable...I would stay again.

would recommend to anyone business or vacationing. great for our purposes as we had business in Griffin and local family(Snellville and McDonough) visit on our agenda. close to hwy 75, yet hotel was in quiet area. close to restaurants and shopping as well. our check-in with Chad was fantastic, he made us feel at home. Race fans are w/in 10+/- miles of Atlanta 500. Downtown Atlanta can be reached in 30 minutes for concerts, sports, or any of the many sites such as Ga Aquarium, Coca-Cola Museum, Atlanta Zoo. Also can easily reach locations east in about the same 30 min such as Stone Mountain Park. Our room (two queens) was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Wished we had brought swimsuits for the indoor pool. Very nice facility for the money spent. Will stay here again for future visits.

Had a great stay. Room was clean quit and had everything i needed. Had a great night sleep. Thank you

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and dining

Bed was very comfortable,rm w/couch made it more Comfortable to talk/relate/relax. Only disappointment was not having a breakfast offered.

Our family stayed for one night during a sports tournament. They even gave us a later check out time when we went to the championship! Indoor pool was great for cooling off after games. Workout room was nice! Had a food area with reasonable prices.

I have stayed here before. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was courteous and friendly.

We had a very easy check in and check out. The room was very nice and the only complaint I can think of is that breakfast should be included.
