Nice place but for the price…

The hotel was pretty good but for the price there could have been improvements. The pillows were half flattened, the old ac box was broken and kept falling off the wall, the jacuzzi wasn’t operating, and I noticed some dirty doors walking along the hallway. Water pressure was really disappointing, both when showering and flushing the toilet. The breakfast was great and the swimming pool was a hit! The staff were very very friendly. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. While I understand the location may play a role in the conditions of the property, the hotel room was not up to my standards. The property was old and the bathroom drainage in the tub was extremely rusted and stained. I requested to be moved to another room and I was immediately denied by the front desk staff person who stated they were completely booked…despite having offered me options of floors upon checking in. The cleaning ladies looked at me crazy for asking them to try and clean the drain/tub. The location has nothing around it, dining, entertainment, street lighting, etc. I don’t recommend this property to anyone unless it is the last resort.

The property is fine. The cleaning could be better. There was period and pee all over our toilet before we even used it. Someone needs to retrain on how to clean. Breakfast was really good. Teresa was super friendly.

The stuff was friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They have a nice breakfast buffet. The only problem is our room smelled like cigarette's.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival after 3 pm. Walked into used room. They switched us to another better room and it was good. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Bed was a little hard. Other than that, it’s a good hotel. Best one in Graham.

We stayed 6 days. When I booked this trip (thru Expedia) it stated there was a full-service spa - no such thing :( I was highly disappointed, as this was one of the selling points I used to determine our stay. Upon check-in the front desk lady was pretty blah & non-sociable. I wouldn’t say unfriendly but certainly not personable either. Our room was clean so that was nice but one of the lights next to the bed did not work & we called down to have it replaced, the following day in the afternoon we had to ask them again for the light. The Pool Area had no shading what-so-ever and although the pool was nice and refreshing, the "Hot Tub" was filthy. The cleaning staff was nice and gave us towels & wash rags when we asked because we had our dog with us so they couldn’t go in the room and there was another front desk lady there at least one night that was quite personable. Our last night there we had to be up at 4:30 a.m. in the morning to head home & at 12 a.m. kids were still running around above us making all kinds of noise. I don’t like to complain but we had to get some sleep so I called down & was told they would go knock on their door. At 2:30 a.m. they were still running around. Upon check-out I barely got a sorry, just a “what can we do” attitude for my lack of sleep, and I had to be on the road for the next 10 hours on basically no sleep at all!
