The Neighborhood:
The entire home is yours to enjoy! As for the community amenities, you have the option to purchase amenity passes for a small fee! Please be advised that community amenities availabilities may change without prior notice and out of control Host's control. Amenity passes to the community include access to:
-Community lake beaches
-Indoor Pool
-dry sauna
-pool table
-Tree Top Lounge
-Fitness Center
-snow tubing and sledding hills (season dependent)

Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building in the off-season.

The Club House has access to:

- umbrellas and outdoor dining

The Recreation Center has access to:
- indoor pool
- sauna
- fitness center
- locker rooms
- TreeTop Lounge!! (you have to check this out!!)

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00. Please send an inquiry for more details. Amenity use passes to the community may be purchased for $8 (non-holiday) $10 (weekend or holiday) per pass per day per person, or $30 (non-holiday) $50 (holiday week) per week per person.
