My husband and I were looking forward to our stay after seeing the positive reviews. After entering our room, we noticed a scrape in the wall and stains on the curtains that we immediately reported to the front desk. We didn’t want to be responsible for any damage to the room. While settling in we noticed particles on the desk, hair and a candy wrapper on the floor, as well as what looked like coffee stains on the floor. This made us question the cleanliness of the room in general. There was also hair in the shower drain. We reported this to the front desk and someone from housekeeping came in to inspect the room. They agreed that the ball was dropped and emailed their manager. We were then offered a free bottle of wine. We really wanted to be moved but we were told that we needed to contact Expedia because we booked our room through Expedia and the hotel could not make any changes to our reservation. All we wanted was a clean room but we were given the run around. The hotel also offered us a free breakfast but we would have to stay in the unclean room. We decided to end our stay two nights early because Expedia could not get in contact with hotel management to switch us to a different room. All guests should feel welcomed. If guests cannot be helped by hotel staff if they book through an OTA, that option should not be available for booking.

The hotel is top tier. The minute you walk in the lobby, you catch the vibe-cozy & luxurious. The rooms and the pools are amazing! Beautiful garden out back. Great staff! Nice restaurant on site, wish they served hot chocolate tho. Located in a great area, close to casino and other activities. Hibachi restaurant onsite. Def will be back!
