The staff was great, the room dusty and I kept getting annoyed about a problematic smoke alarm. The first time right after I checked in I was ok with but waking me up in the room again, wanting to come in to the room when I am not even dressed, at that point I was livid. I debated between this place and another close by, but I opted for this because of their pet, smoking and policy regarding kids but by the end of it the stay I regretted that decision. I even wanted to have breakfast but was so irritated and tired that I just left.

Room was beautiful the staff was very friendly we had a very nice time there. The only negative was we sat at the bar and had a few drinks(they were excellent drinks) when we got the bill we tipped 20% but didn’t realize until we got back to the room that the bar automatically added 20% gratuity, I think the bartender should have made us aware of this. We had breakfast there the next morning and upon paying the waitress advised us that the gratuity was already included!

The room was very clean and roomy good wood floors the staff I encountered was was excellent, no breakfast no pool, just dinner, the one problem I had was the person above me stumped Sunday and Monday, I reported the rude behavior twice I am finish with my review.

This is a new hotel. It is clean and the staff is very nice. We stayed on the concierge level, which was nice, but not worth the extra $150 per night. We should have done a bit more research and stayed at a hotel with grounds that offered hiking and other attractions. The Swiftwater is situated right on a main road, offering no views of the beautiful mountains and lacking grounds for hiking or outdoor activities. This is a great hotel if you want a clean, modern stay at a new hotel without outdoor activties.

The hotel is beauitful. The room was modern and super up to date. I found the indoor pool to be small, but the outdoor pool was a decent size. The gym was also very small, but had what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only dislike was the fact that the bar was closed to me for the first night since they do have parties here. I was looking forward to a drink when I arrived, but was told I couldnt.

Dusty poor cleaning, not baby/kids friendly

Other than being a new (1 yr 3 months) hotel, customer experience is very lacking to be called luxury or 4.5 star hotel. From check-in to check out, it was not a pleasant experience. It is a hotel that is worst that a motel. Mini fridge are not cold (only 54F at the Lowest setting) to store baby milk, baby food, or Breastmilk. No tea available for customer unless you pay for it. The coffee pods were very generic. Water bottle was not provided in our room. We had to buy water. ice bucket is very small to keep baby milk cold. No offering of a crib. We specified that we have a baby and request for a functioning refrigerator to the hotel which we received feedback. No mentioning that the fridge won't be cold. We had to buy a cooler. No microwave, only available behind the reception desk. Beware of room service charge and automatic gratuity, will end up with 42% extra fees. God forbid any accidents in the room, they will charge you for arm and legs. From the check-in and the whole our duration of stay, the floor was not vacuum or the desk/counter was not dusted. Have to request extra towels every day, only 2 provided even though we book it for 4 people. The pool is only open until 5 pm for kids...no idea why, but that means you can't explore outside then come back to the pool with the kids.
