Stayed here to run the Steamtown Marathon. Location was perfect for the race. The on-site parking was very convenient and safe. The hotel is gorgeous. Seeing the old pieces of the train station was very cool. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable and was everything I needed. Hotel was quiet too. A great place to stay in Scranton. Very walkable to downtown. Would recommend to others visiting the area!

It is a beautiful old rail station converted to a hotel, but it needs updating now. Wear and tear is obvious in the room, if mine was representative. Bathroom had staining on the door. Maid service every third day. Some areas look shabby. Staff was kind and pleasant. The hotel deserves some TLC.

This historic hotel is an old RR station. The exterior and interior is stunning. Check in was great the room was spacious send bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing. Be sure to check out Trax Bar and Kitchen the food was fantastic. Excellent stay overall!!!

Our first room was not completely clean, a hair left on the back of the toilet. The fan in the bathroom of our second room did not work. The plug for the supplied hairdryer would not plug in fully in either outlet making using the hairdryer a two person job. When my wife got into the bed in the second room there were two hairs on the top sheet. The people at the desk for check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. They did their best to help with our concerns.
