Pretty building, amazing architecture preserved. Comfortable bed, great bartender, great water pressure in shower.. Front desk staff indifferent and unhelpful 6 people standing around, no one available to assist with luggage and elderly mom. Sticky messes in room, prior guests hair pieces in floor, very dirty windows i dont think i will stay here again unless it is an emergency.

Nice reuse of an old train station. Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant was ok - the food was good once they got it cooked correctly, but the service was on the slow side. I think the first round of my dinner got overcooked because it sat under the heat lamps for a long time before being brought to the table.

the hotel is a beatiful building. sadly my room had mold behind the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. also plaster from a renovation still on the floor. That plaster easily comes off, which meant that some stuck to my feet, and also that a mop has probably never been in there. they must just rub dirty towels around, and not very well from the urine smell that greeted me upon entering the bathroom in my suite. i had a cleaner room at a 2 star quility inn over the weekend. I will be going back to the quality inn. that is the last time i will ever stay at the radisson. i told the staff about the mold and mildew and plaster, and showed them pictures. they just thanked me, and told me i cant have a reciept, to request one from orbitz.

Fantastic hotel in a speculator historic building. Feels and looks like a 5 star luxury hotel but was a really excellent price. Highly recommended!

The building is so beautiful. I love them they preserve historical sites. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The servers and bartenders at Trax (the bar inside the hotel) were great and super friendly. Told us all of the local spots to go to and avoid. It’s super close to all in Scranton.

Our stay was great with the exception of the check in process. We were made to wait for about 20 minutes while a manager lectured a front desk staff in a back office...knowing that we were waiting too check in. While we were waiting, a man then came in and attempted to pan handle from myself and daughter, and then finally another hotel staff came by and finally was able to check us in.

Great experience, came for a family wedding ceremony and I had a great time there. Thanks

Staff excellent, room clean, great food. Wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

Stayed here for an interview. Was very close to my location.

Bad smelling, loud and dirty. Had a bad night there. Husband had allergy attack. He's allergic to mold. I was served good tasting food free of gluten and pepper 2x but 1x time it had pepper. I can't eat pepper and was assured it wasn't in the polenta but it was.

Quiet Comfy beds Awesome staff I am definitely coming back!

Good Afternoon, I wanted to thank you for this feedback and I apologize about the issues that you had during this stay. I will be sure to share this information directly with the housekeeping and engineering department to get these issues fixed immediately. I assure you that these issues will be fixed and addressed swiftly. In terms of the receipt, the reason why one would not generate in our system is when a guest pays a third party we are unaware of the rate that is determined and we do not have access to print a folio with that amount on it that was paid through the third party.
