No tp in room. I had to go to desk myself to get. No hair dryer in room.
While the Hotel itself is not that bad, the staff and its management make it so bad that giving it 1star will be generous and fair. You walk and the trash by Hotel Entrance is overflowing everyday for all 3nights we were there. We never got service all those nights. Not even replenishing supplies like soap etc! When asked why we didn’t get new towels the lady at the desk said they don’t provide service every day because of “ Covid”! She said if I needed new towels next day to leave dirty towels outside my room… I did that! No new towels when we returned at midnight!! Disappointing. This is July 2022 !! Covid?? Really?? You concerned about Covid but you are not wearing a mask at least? Room was not cleaned well. Stains on floor. There was food spilled in elevator when we got there… it was still in elevator when we left. Staff seemed lazy and unwilling to help even we went for supplies ourselves. If I had to put it in one sentence I would simply say.. very bad management at this property.
Had a random man come into my room at 1 AM. I was double charged. The room i reserved on orbitz and the room they put me in were not the same. I will never go back to this property. I probably stayed here 5 or more times this year but my experience last night was one of my worst and i consistently stay in hotels 3-5 nights a week for business travel
Quick and easy to get to off 95, safe location
Ok for a night if you need to sleep and go. The place was dirty. Bed sheets were gross. Every wall hanging was crooked. The pool was closed (only reason we chose here so the kitchen Sa could take a swim before bed and getting back on the road. No breakfast buffet as advertised.
No facial tissues, no hand towels, poor WiFi, no ESPN (We pay for but couldn’t use)
Construction all around the area. The rooms were not vacuumed. One toilet started leaking water all over the floor so when we were moved to another room it smelled like smoke and I found a bottle with pills on the floor and a roach.
Very nice motel ... Loved it. Staff was excellent as well. Bathrooms could be cleaned a lil more but overall...very nice
We got a room with challenges but the front desk upgraded us to a suite. Very good service.
Nothing not helpful l at all. Twenty mins to answer aphone.
The property was close to Route 95 and had numerous restaurants. Hand sink faucet was not attached to the sink and the toilet paper holder was not straight. Minor stuff but if they can't that right
Clean modern room and lobby. Nice bed Only dislike was the breakfast sausage was terrible and eggs not great. Juices were pretty bad too.
Room was nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is NO water pressure in the bathroom in eithere the sink or shower. Water was literally almost just a dribble and I had no shampoo. I had conditioner and lotion and soap. Other than those small things, it was a nice stay
Were only there 1 night and we didn’t arrive until 9 pm but from what we could tell. A good place to stay. Bed was comfortable
