"I was very disappointed in this Doubletree! The room had a musty smell and it desperately needs updating. The bathroom looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. Don’t take a truck and try to park in the garage. The roof is so low it broke our antenna. We stayed 3 nights and the more we saw, the more we disliked. Pick another place! "

"When I first checked in and got to the room the staff had left the thermostat at 66 and the room was freezing and it was a cool night. I had to sleep in my clothes it was so cold. They claim there were no other rooms available. I asked for a late check out the night before till 12. As I was headed for a walk I checked t the front desk to make sure I was charged for another day. When I get back to the room my key was deactivated. The poor staff at the front side oh they didn’t give you another key. No! And I mentioned to you and you didn’t mention it either. They thought it was funny that the guest had to walk back down to have the key activated again. Poor poor communication skills. The general manager Marko at sage rd in Houston promised me 5000 Hilton points for a horrible first night. This is by far the worst embassy suites I have stayed in. Fix the phones and the showers and get new headboards. !!!"

"I reserved a room with two Queen beds for four people and when I showed up they said they only had rooms with one King bed. When I reminded them that I reserved two beds, they said they gave priority to people who book directly through them versus people like me who booked through Hotels.com. I will never stay there again. "
