"We went to get a Visa and didn't know the building was right next door. what a great surprise. The hotel was beautiful and everything was great except I encountered something for the first time that I didn't like. I am claustrophobic and can not get in elevators. I always request a low floor so I can take the stairs. To my surprise, after I checked in I asked which way to the stairs. The clerk politely informed me that the staircase is exit only and I could only access up to the second floor. While I was on the 3rd floor, one floor elevator ride may not seem hard for others, but for me, it was super challenging. I'd never been to a place that didn't let me take the stairs, therefore, I will not be returning to this location again. Otherwise, the place was perfect for everyone else though. I do recommend it."
