From unprofessional customer care at the front desk check in, to guest in room over me stomping in one spot for over two hours to where I had to get up from trying to sleep and turn on some white noise, to having to turn the wall thermostat up to 80 degrees to get the heat to kick on, to seeing former guests hair left over in the shower/tub, I wanted nothing more to leave the hotel from the first few moments of check in. Had it not been so late in the evening when checking in, and being so exhausted from traveling, I would turned around and walked over to the hotel sitting across the street. I will never stay at a Fairfield again. The next night I stayed at another well known hotel brand, and it was like night and day. It was extremely clean, professional hotel desk service, and everything you would hope for and expect from a large well known hotel chain. I can not begin to understand, particularly with the covd issue, how a hotel would allow such dirty rooms along with maintenance issues. It seems as though they are letting at least this particular Fairfield go by the wayside. Perhaps all Fairfield's are cutting corners for the monetary reasons because of the pandemic. Lesson learned.

We had a situation that wasn’t in the hotel’s control. But I feel they handled it very well. We had some people in the other room being loud. It was upsetting my esa dogs. I was so worried because every time the guests in the room next to us hit the wall my dog would bark. Out of respect for the hotel guests I didn’t want my dog to bark and become a nuisance to others around me. I finally went to the front desk when the guests in the other room was dropping curse words and my young children started complaining. The front desk staff were really nice about it. Not sure if the hotel can fix this but I think something should be done to improve the noise from room to room . I think maybe the walls must be thin. Housekeeping did a great job. All in all the rooms were super clean. Front desk staff did a great job. The staff was super sweet and friendly. I appreciate their support of esa dogs. The staff was very good about letting my ESA dogs stay even though the hotel is not pet friendly. A reminder to other ESA dog folks please don’t abuse this. Please be good to property owners who allow us to bring our dogs. It’s a privilege for our dogs to be there. Clean up after your dogs. Be respectful of their property and other guests staying around you. Keep your animals quiet so guest don’t complain. Be courteous and mindful to others around you. Thank you for allowing us to stay:-)

Due to Covid-19 we didn’t have any room service and we had to go to the front desk every time we needed clean towels, toilet paper, no one cleaned the room during our entire stay.

Super clean well taken care of and very friendly staff quiet location

Very accommodating. Clean rooms, quiet and friendly staff. Worth the money.

The hallway on the floor my room was on, the temperature was 91 degrees because the air conditioning wasn't working. I have paid for a king size bed and sweet and instead I was told there were no more king size beds available when I got there and had given me a suite with two queen size beds. One of the queen size bed look like it had a big urine stain on it. Was very displeased with this hotel and the service from the gentleman at the desk.

Very nice experience so far. Close to the medical facility we are using. Only problem we’ve had is the open air conditioning unit placed in the hallway had a foul smell and left a stinch in the hallway after it was moved. Otherwise, everything is amazing.

In town for business, hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Recently renovated and everything felt so clean. Shares parking lot with a couple chain restaurants with bars. Will use this place again!

Very clean and extremely friendly staff. I only stayed one night, but was rather pleased with the room, bed was comfy. For the money paid for the night, definately worth it!!!

So the location of the hotel was great. The price was right and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but it smelled of something burned in the microwave. We should have asked to be moved, I suppose, but surely the cleaning staff noticed. This lack of initiative is symptomatic of our stay. The staff did not seem to know the layout of the rooms, for example, so we had to move our car to unload our stuff after I asked specifically which side of the building the room was on. More importantly, my daughter and I went down to use to pool only to discover that the water was FREEZING. We asked at the desk and were told that the pump had been out for a week, but that "people still swim in it..." Ridiculous. I would like to have been told about the malfunctioning pool when we checked in. We still would have stayed at the hotel, but we wouldn't have dressed for the pool and gone down to find disappointment. I would have been happier that that staff took the time to be clear and that they cared enough about our comfort to be honest. So, we were comfortable and at a reasonable price, but we felt neglected, especially since we have enjoyed many good nights at this hotel chain. Disappointing.

This was a great pit stop on our road trip. Clean, comfortable and convenient! Plus complimentary breakfast!

As expected, very good. Indoor pool is nice. Breakfast always a plus.

Comfy bed. Comfy sofa-bed for my 8 year old. Waffles for breakfast. Good stuff.

The hotel was beautiful. The night girl was SUPER sweet and helpful. Especially after I locked myself out of my room. LOL was so exhausted from driving. The breakfast was yummy. We really enjoyed our stay.
