Staff was wonderful especially the two young women who came to our room at 3AM when the door to the bathroom became stuck and we couldn’t get it open. Thankfully they got it open. The low rating comes because of construction blocking the pool and the floor in the dining area was loose and some missing entirely. Food not worth eating. A lot of my complaints will be removed once construction is complete but meanwhile beware.

Had i not made my reservation ahead of time and saw the condition of the carpets first, I probably would have not checked in. If our room wasn't clean when we opened the room door, i would have left. It appears the hall/stair carpets have never been cleaned and/or vacuumed rarely. My first impression was not a good one.

It was very noisy, i could hear the people in the rooms next to us which made us feel like we had no privacy. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, we could barely sleep. But it was relatively clean and the staff/woman at the counter was very nice. Check in and check out was very smooth, quick and easy. Overall the stay was subpar at best.
