Clean rooms

The staff and service was very good.

Location was good. Stayed 2 nights, not worth the money! (Holiday weekend rate $260 per night). Loud guest on floor above kept us awake. We reported the issue to the Front Desk, who assured us that the guest in room above we’re checking out. They lied! The loud thumping started again at 0630am the next morning. Additionally, the gentleman at the Front Desk did not apologize. As for the room, the bed was uncomfortable, pillow case dirty(changed out), bathroom sink was backed up, and furnishings were poor quality, basically the bare minimum.

The hotel room was clean, but very basic - thin blanket in bed, thin towels. Breakfast was very basic, and coffee had been sitting for a while.

For the price we paid and the value we received for a short stay one night, it's a four stars.

Clean, friendly staff, and easy to get to main st

14 hours after checking out, I've got bedbug bites all over my arms and up the middle of my back.

Great service and staff! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved having queen beds!

The hotel was honestly marketed as "no frills" but we were shocked at the high cost, especially considering the bare bones room - no cozy feeling, extremely thin blankets & towels, dirty windows and damp carpet. We would not recommend this property unless you want a no frills room at a no frills price.

This place is in a quiet part of the ever-so-pleasant town; easy commute to food, shopping, and prominent attractions like the National Museum of the Pacific War - a "must-see" if you are in town. While this is same for all hotels/motels in this town, what made me like this property is its simplicity, cleanliness, smiling staff at the front desk, plentiful breakfast. For the money that you pay, these qualities are the best you can expect. I won't think twice before re-booking this property when we are back in Fredericksburg next time.

Very clean over all. Parking lot needs second exit though.

I liked that is was clean, easy to find and pet friendly.

It was very basic. Limited breakfast. Few amenities in the room.

Noises from above were easy to hear and the breakfast was of poor quality.

Nice hotel in Fredericksburg, Tx close to all the wineries and shopping. Inside corriders, an elevator, a typical breakfast with cereal, waffles and pastries. Room was very clean and quiet. Lots of tv channels. Our only dislike was that the bed was super hard and we had to keep changing positions during the night. Inexpensive for weekday stays. Would stay there again.

The hotel was clean and check in was easy but overpriced for such a small ok room. room.

The bed was a bit too firm for us but the place was pretty clean. Just be sure you don’t pick the smoking floor. Some third party like Orbitz don’t tell you about that where you can choose non smoking. We ended up getting trapped in a smoking but what was great is that it had wood floors instead of carpet. So you couldn’t smell anything. Recommended.

Pet friendly, easy to get to and inexpensive place to crash for the night after visiting Enchanted Rock State Park and hiking all day. Check in was a breeze and my requests were taken care of also. Will keep in mind next trip here to Fredericksburg.
