It is an older hotel, but it's very nice and quiet. It's a lovely little place, and it's very economical.

The only good thing about this property, is the location if you're wanting to be near a few of the restaurants and bars in downtown Fredericksburg. The hotel room is very, very outdated and had overwhelming cheap cleaning supplies smells, probably to cover up a musky, old smell, and the walls are thin, so you can hear everything from other guest's rooms. I will not be staying here on next visit to Fredericksburg.

First night we got there the room keys wouldn't wont. Had to take them back past 11pm to get them rekeyed. The toilet was leaking water on the floor from the tank. We woke up to water all over the bathroom floor. The second day i had to get the room keys done again cause the first night the employee only set them up for one day and were staying 2 days. The place is outdated and the AC are not on when you show up so the room is very humid. The location is pretty good but not close enough the main street to walk over. All drives to main spots are not to long. I personally will not stay here again but the cost per day should be good enough for a one day stay and go.

After trying to reach them by phone to make a reservation, i booked through Travelocity. Once in town and ready to chrck in the rate for the room was $50 cheaper than my reservation, but the manager would not honor the price change. The desk clerk tried to help, but the final say was by the manager and he was not interested in helping. Quite disappointing as the roomnitself was nice and we would have started staying here during our may trips to Fredericksburg, but instead there isn't a chance we will return to this hotel.

The mattresses are rock-hard. Like they have not been replaced in ages. The walls and ceiling are thin. We could hear people in the floor above us all night long. Not very well insulated for sound. This is probably one of the oldest hotels in the Fredericksburg.

Nice price, but the hardest bed ever
Hotel was ok, great price, decent facilities. Breakfast was your standard continental with waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, and some hard boiled eggs. The only reason I can't recommend this hotel is that the bed was hard as a rock. Pretty sure the floor would have been more comfortable.

Place was alright. Not bad if you can get a weekday rate. Otherwise it’s definitely not worth it. Bed was an old spring mattress. Not comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic. Room was clean but not spotless. Property and rooms are dated. 5/10

Everywhere in the hotel had a bad smell. Bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky every time you moved, bathroom wasn’t clean. People hanging out in the parking lot watching your every move. Also guys hanging out in the main entrance, literally slouching in the chairs at the main entrance. Felt very unsafe

The property next door had been boarded up due to what appeared to be a fire. I understand the motel has no control over the next door property, it just looked bad.
