Facility was updated recently. Nice amenities like a nightlight to find the bathroom, an HVAC system that works with a 2-speed fan, and a nice walk-in shower. All this along with the regular niceties like clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. Wonderful stay!

Overall, I give it an ok. Staff were very friendly. Room’s shower was not so great, more like a mist than a shower. The ice maker for our floor had been removed. Breakfast included bread, muffins, eggs out-of-a-box, paper thin bacon, turkey sausage, waffle maker, and coffee out of a machine that might or might not be working.

I enjoyed everything! The property inside and out is clean. There is easy parking and it’s safe. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walkable distance! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely visit again!

Sufficient but not fantastic

I was both impressed and disappointed with my room at Best Western. Given the name, you expect a bit more from the hotel. That said, the bed was very comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The room was on the small side, room only for the queen bed and small desk. The room temperature was regulated by a wall thermostat and seemed to be responsive and kept my room comfortable. The bathroom/shower was the most disappointing. The bathroom was very small with zero counter space for toiletries and the shower was not good. They advertise the rain shower showerheads, which they do have, however, the shower is so small that there is no room to step out from under the showerhead to soap/scrub up or to shampoo your hair. Also, with the shower design, if you use the rain showerhead, the water soaks out through the shower door and leaves a large puddle on the bathroom floor. If you choose to use the regular showerhead, there is almost non existent water pressure. I was also a bit disappointed with the lack of vending machine(s). They do have a "snack" area where you can purchase items but I was unable to find a couple standard items that would be in a machine. Though I did not partake, the continental breakfast appeared to be more than sufficient.
