Hotel very noisy could hear people walking on the second floor all night. Our room was on the first floor as per our request. breakfast area too small not enough seats or table for everyone. Turn the water on to take a shower and the shower head fell right off. Told front desk when I checked out and did not seem to care. Have stayed at many hotels in Buffalo this is probably they worst stay. My flip flops would stick to the bathroom floor. Will NOT BE Back.

Hate to be negative, but this was a horrible stay. Upon our late check-in, family of 5, the suite was set for 4 people. The pull-out had no blanket/pillow and we were short a towel. Room also had no shower curtain. So, at 11pm the first night I went to the desk to get what was needed. The second night after out all day we came back to a room untouched, not cleaned, discarded towels still on floor, etc. So again, at 11pm I had to go to desk for fresh towels. The third night back home they cleaned the main room and left the room with the pullout untouched. Bed not made and discarded towel on the floor. Worst hotel experience I've ever had, sad to say. Couldn't wait to leave. Staff was polite though.

Spent 3 nights in town for a graduation. The facility was clean and the room was spacious except for the bathroom. There was no place to place toiletries and the room itself was ultra small. We faced the highway so it was also extremely noisy. Food was ok but due to quite a few folk there, items were not replenished very timely. Location was very convenient to restaurants, etc.

We loved everything about the hotel and our room. The only thing that we were not too happy about was the water pressure in the shower. It was so low I could barely lather my hair. I am not sure if this was specific to our room or if it’s like that in every room. Unfortunately due to lack of time while checking out, we did not inform the front desk about this.
