Try not to stay here! We only had one bath towel in our room, and next afternoon, after waiting for front desk person to come out, were told there were no more available as they were all in the wash! We finally took some from the pool area (although that was not suggested.They don’t give out extra blankets either. One of our keys never worked despite being swiped again. The room smelled like wet dog the whole time, but we were too tired when we arrived to switch. Shower drain was very bad, and faucet leaked a lot when turned on all the way. Only the handy man was responsive and friendly, but wasn’t able to help with towels.

Nobody at front desk for check in, for towels, for help with exterior doors not working, for room keys not working, etc. Staff not manning front desk as they are serving breakfast, helping with laundry, etc. Waiting for 20 minutes to get a working room key is ridiculous

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I walked to my car in the parking lot at night and was attacked by a 1000 mayflies. The hotel is dated. The air-conditioner vents were broken and therefore blowing directly at the bed all night. The desk in the room had at least 100 dead mayflies. There was a beetle walking on the wall. There was a dirty sock by the bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or tissue or shampoo. The bathroom only had two sets of towels even though I had specified three people in my hotel reservation. There were no towels at the pool. I was not impressed.

Unfortunately, when I checked in and went to the room, it had not been cleaned from a previous client. I was able to get another room, but the stairs leading up to it were absolutely filthy! The room was damp and smelled poorly. The view outside my window was of the pool, which was black and moldy.

The staff was nice in terms of respectful and kind. 1st room assigned was already occupied and we walked into a used and being lived in room (thank G*d noone was in it at the time), then assigned to a room SO FAR AWAY that it took almost 5 minutes to get to it! There was a large bug nest in the curtains, we needed extra blanket and sheets but night worker couldn't help because she couldn't leave her station, dogs welcome but grass OVERGROWN and pee stains throughout the room from previous guests, the bathtub was partially full upon getting into our room (disgusting), the room wasn't cleaned as there was dust on all counters, and there was never a manager on site. When we left, we had noone to address our concerns......Lastly, the refrigerator is more like a freezer so our food was frozen solid after the evening. The place is like a run down motel with nice workers but no oversight. It's worth about $89 a night but we paid 4times that.

Good overall property. For the price expected more. There was a used band-aid, and hair on the bathroom floor so not how well it’s cleaned. Expect that at a Clarion, and at the price that there would be housekeeping. There was no signage saying that the towels would not be refreshed, the bathroom cleaned, and room serviced. A surprise coming back to the room and finding the room not serviced. Also something odd, I asked the front desk if they could change a $20 into 5’s and was told they have no cash.

They only cleaned my room once despite my requests during a 4 night stay. I had to retrieve towels and shampoos and conditioner’s from the front desk. They closed the pool for no reason or explanation. They did not have regular college K cups for the room. They put a governor on the tv so you couldn’t turn up the volume.The cook didn’t show up and the restaurant was closed ! Very disappointed!
