First they gave us a room already with guest, made us walk back and forth to get another room, room wasn’t clean, toilet overflow, very old heating system made so much noise throughout the night. Just horrible

My started with a low bar but the staff and staff only made the experience exceptional. Maybe it was because I was there because my dad was in the hospital then passed away, but I have a hard time believing they were only this helpful because of that. Every question was answered. Every request for help was granted. The negatives were there were key card issues all week. I must have had to have my keycard reset 20-25 times or more. The bar didn’t have any bourbon, and the kitchen was closed almost every evening. Luckily I was there for just those reasons and some were out of the staffs control.

Main lobby and hallways look to have not been vacuumed in a week. Carpets are very stained. Another guest in group found a dead bedbug in their sheets. Room floors were dirty. Toilet was wobbling and shower had mildew.

Check-in was slow and the king suite I paid extra for was just a regular room with a king bed. The ice machine was out of order, as was the guest laundry, and the soda machine was completely sold out. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. One huge negative, the entire property smelled like marijuana constantly. Another huge negative, no included breakfast. If you want breakfast, it’s $12-$15 additional each day.

I accidentally reserved an extra night and even though I selected pay at desk and called in 5 min after the reservation was made and was told it would be cancelled. I was still charged and was told to call back on Monday when a manager was in. I still was unable to get my money back. I will not use this hotel ever again and I'll be sure my family and friends never uses this hotel as well. Such a terrible experience!!

Carpet was stained in hallway and in room, a chunk of red gue was visable, screw, tack found as entering, Floor had visable debris, the hallway was littered with pieces of white paper. I other room, bathroom had vomit in shower and pubic hair visable. We asked for a vacuuming, or a vac. No vac. Asked next day, no follow-up. Asked and showed problem, not on list. Room never got vac.
