Advertising as Parlor rooms available which is what we booked. Turns out there is no sitting room just a standard double sink in bathroom. WiFi is slow and unreliable, breakfast not available most days because they kept closing the restaurant. When asked management about it apparently there was breakfast bags we were never offered or told about when I directly asked about breakfast at check-in. Walls are so thin my family was threatened with calling the cops because it was apparently to loud at 830pm when we were trying to pack. No room service so everyone was piling trash in hallways which made for unsanitary conditions. Renovations are only on outside and lobby. Once inside everything else is dated and old. Don't waste your money as this is not the shabby chic hotel advertised online. Not to mention I question how safe the location is because a teenager was brutally murdered while at work at the McDonald's practically across the street the first night we were there. All in all horrible experience. Reported everything to management who seemed apologetic but that was about it. I definitely won't be staying here again with my family.

Beautiful lobby. Very nice grounds. We had a suite and it truly was a suite. Sometimes it’s just a bigger room with a kitchen. This had a separate large bedroom, separate bathroom and then a very large living, dining and kitchen with a full fridge. The room was not updated, but it perfectly met our needs.

The staff have all been incredibly friendly. The room and the hotel are very clean and well kept

Nice place to stay, good sleep safe area. I recommend to all.

Stopped here off the road on our way back to the Midwest. Pleasant front desk staff, very helpful. Room was fine. Pool area is a bit small-(spa can maybe squeeze 4 people in it). Restaurant in front of hotel had great food, but could have used a little more staff. Overall a nice, quick stay for weary travelers.

Hilton inn , Elko, Nevada was an excellent value. It was the nicest stop on our 6 day, 2100 mile , 5 day funeral trip. Only problem I had with Hilton Garden Inn, 2 problems ... gentleman behind the counter was very nice and very knowledgeable but he talked way too fast. Hard to understand. Didn't even try to slow down. The bar/ lobby played nonstop CNN on the big screen tv. Totally obnoxious and hard to ignore. We went out to eat rather than listen to that junk. I'd stay there anytime I'm in Elko

A complimentary breakfast would be a nice addition-all other hotels on our road trip provided that option.

My stay was business related but everything was great! The only issue I had was trying to connect to the internet - it could have been my computer but it took awhile to get connected with my laptop.

The room was very roomy, clean and and the beds had adjustable comfort levels for each sleeper (King sized bed). The staff were helpful and courteous. It was one of the nicest lodgings of our whole trip, and in Elko, too.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable, although we would have preferred 2 beds instead of 1 King. I was disappointed that a hotel that we paid 129.00 a night did not offer a free continental breakfast. The breakfast buffet was 10.00 a person with very slow service. We found cheaper and better breakfast at the casinos in town. They also charged an extra 50.00 to my credit card for incidentals. They assured me they would refund it in 3-5 days after our stay. I hope so!

Everything was fine except the bed and is would not adjust for firmness like it was supposed too so it was not comfortable. The shower lacked water pressure!

very nice hotel. stayed there before. this time (12/2013) they were under construction but it wasn't too bad - it didn't affect our stay. Breakfast/food was very good as was the personnel.
