I was stay in this hotel for 6 weeks with my wife. All I can say it was wonderful, The room is very clean and fully equipped: Large refrigerator, microwave, electric stove cable tv desk and more. The best part is the General Manager named Eddie Quesada, This guy is doing everything to make your stay perfect, Anything you need just ask,: Another chair? Another blanket? need even a tape measure? just ask Eddie. I will come back again for my next trip to El Paso. Thank you very much, Especially Eddie

Well I asked for a non-smoking room but got a room that has been smoked in. Well, I got a room on the third floor and smoking is allowed on the fourth floor. So maybe this is second hand smoke. Will address this with Manager. Minimal furnishings, would be nice to have a lamp on the night stand. There is a refrigerator/freezer, two burner electric stove and microwave. However you have to bring your own cookware,or purchase the “Value Kitchen Pack” for $34.98, Coffee Maker $29.99. bring your own soap, toilet paper, etc. Good Luck and God Bless!

If it wasn't for the fact you have to sign a waiver saying you are not on the National Sex Offenders Registry or any other state database, I would say stay here. But yes, you have to sign a form that says they can check. So murderers, thieves and terrorists, you are welcome, sex offenders go away. They will choose the type of criminal they will let stay here. Besides that, is is quiet, decent location, good amenities and two nice staff members. The blonde female was extremely pleasant to deal with and the gentleman who shaves his head was also friendly. There was a gentleman during the day, I was leaving and said "Good Morning" to him twice and he didn't even lift his head. So don't waste your time with him. The internet is free and it works very well. There is also a one page list of things you cant do or they can ask you to leave.

On 7 July 2017 I arrived at this Hotel at or about 7 pm. When arriving to the hotel after getting settle I noticed the following problems with the room stopped up kitchen and bathroom sinks, running toilet, toilet seat loose, shower spout not affixed to the shower wall and TV cable broke. On 8 July 2017 I informed a staff member about all these issues. I asked to speak with the manager Mrs. Shannon Lopez. That staff member told me that Mrs. Lopez works Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1600. On 10 July at I spoke with Mrs. Lopez over the phone about these room issues. She told me that the maintenance man was aware of them. Mrs. Lopez said he'll work on them the same day and get back with me. Mrs. Lopez did get back with me and said all issues where taken care. I returned to the room at or about 9 pm. Once I got settled I noticed that my Ikea reusable bag was missing. I immediately informed the attendant on duty. The both of us went to the dumpster to see if someone throw it away. It was dark so it was hard to see things. The next morning at about 0700 I spoke with Mrs. Lopez about the situation and also brought another Ikea bag to show her exactly what was taken from my room. Mrs. Lopez said she would look into it. The impression I received from Mrs. Lopez was that somehow I was bothering her because she wouldn't even directly look in my eyes went speaking to her. I find this whole situation unacceptable and very unprofessional. Ion 11 July I contacted Tingo the booking agent to assist me in getting a resolution. The gentleman that helped me took all the information about this situation down and contacted the hotel. The assistant manager located the Ikea bag and slid it under my door. The assistant manager offer to refund the unused portion only. The Tingo representative stated he would sent this to his escalation department to get a resolution that is acceptable. There was no apology or compensation for my inconvenience offered. On 13 July I followed up with Tingo to get a status the supervisor Basty forwarded the entire case to his escalation department again and asked me to write this review to get greater visibility with the Tingo escalation department and it' management.

This is the cleanest Value Place I have visited. The staff and management are pretty attentive as well. The only problem was sometimes they were overbooked via internet, so call for a reservation to make sure you get a room. I would definitely recommend this place for an extended stay as it is centrally located.

My wife and I lived here for 2 months while I was on a clinical. The staff was fantastic. They were easily accessible, friendly and always helpful. The location is perfect to get around the east side of the city. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

My Fiancee' and i stayed here while waiting to move into our new home. We needed to stay for over a month. While here the following things were ok: Location and room size. the following things were completely in acceptable (at least by my standards) 1. Rooms are cleaned only every 2 weeks and you must pay $25 for any cleaning done in between. 2. You must pay an additional charge to be able to swap out towels and wash cloths. You do not get toilet paper or soap. 3. They advertise Highspeed internet. This is definitely not the case. First they advertise 2 internet packages Basic for $3 per day or $10 per week with bandwidth at non peak hours of 2mbps down and 1 mpbs up for 3 devices to share. The Second is Premier for $20 per week and speeds up to 4mbps down and 2 up. When we first moved in I told the manager I needed fast internet so that I could play online games while the misses does her school work. During our stay we had all of our devices kicked off and could no longer get the premier. Upon calling tech support they said that this hotel never had enough bandwidth to offer premier. as a hint 50 Mbps is offered by the cable company at the same rate. 4. There is a ton of noise from other residents and the staff does nothing about it. I'm talking kids at 1 am jumping up and down, people fighting, etc. 5. The price at 200 per week + tax+ internet and anything else you need, plus you have to takeout your own trash you are better off getting a furnished apartment with a month to month lease.

Clean, safe, and a full kitchen equipped with a big fridge. I travel all the country regularly and have stayed in all types of hotels, for one night or long stays. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities along with safety. Those are things which tend to be compromised as hotel rates go low. Well, not here. I have paid much more in other hotels where facilities were deplorable. Here, there's no free breakfast and there's no restaurant, but I like doing my own breakfast anyway in my room at the time of my choosing. Did I say they have a full kitchen? There's also a flat TV with a large variety of channels, a comfortable bed, and laundry facilities (inside) at a very reasonable price, too. People are friendly and service oriented, from the manager to the housekeepers. I wish they would have this hotel everywhere I travel to. If you’re going to stay long, bring your own supplies. This is like renting an apartment but without having to arrange for utilities, bring your furniture, or sign a contract!

Checked in 30 days ago the staff and maintance were very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean great size room full kitchen full size fridge. Great flat screen tv I enjoyed my stay and would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone Coming into El Paso for a night a week or a month . Thanks to the staff for easy check in made My stay very comforting . Also this hotel is very safe .

They have an employee Jennifer who is awesome. She tries to make you very comfortable. She will try and make everything go smoothly. My husband is staying there for work and she has been great at helping him. She is super nice to talk to on the phone.
