There was nobody at the front desk. We called the number that was provided on the counter, and we could hear the phone ringing in the back room. I walked around the property and it is very apparent it is under remodeling, After many phone calls went unanswered, my buddy went across the parking lot, and found that the one employee was responsible for both hotels. The worst check-in experience I have ever had.

We reseved a 2 queen bed room and they gave us just one bed and a couch, telling us the hotel was overbooked and there was nothing they could do about it until next morning that we could speak with management.

La atención fue muy buena, muy serviciales, hotel bonito, con buena ubicación y no se escucha mucho ruido, nos quedó muy céntrico para ir de compras, el único problema es que el baño tenia una gotera y mojo las toallas y no nos las cambiaron :( pero si limpiaron todo , yo supongo que si arreglaron la gotera, por cierto continúan remodelando el hotel. Salía agua caliente de la regadera y todo muy bien. Si me volvería a quedar ahí ❤️

We were pleasantly surprised how clean and nice our room/suite was considering how the appearance was from the outside. The hotel was located at a great location and you can see that renovations are being made.
