This hotel is almost impossible to find as there is no sign on it. I had to go across the parking lot at Blaze Hilton to figure it out. That person said they'd be right over to check me in. It took her 10 min to come over. It is still under renovation. Pool is closed for renovation. None of this is mentioned in website, in fact website says newly renovated. Sheet had a hole in it and there was no battery in the smoke detector. IHG needs to get it together regarding this hotel.

The a/c of our room had no fan speed adjustments. The a/c was working on its lower level but not cool very good. They removed the courtesy breakfast. The inside pool is still under construction.

Not very good stay. Said there was free breakfast, and there is no linger breakfast available in this hotel. Rooms Are not very clean, the couch in the room was full of stains. Swimming pool was closed.

The room left a lot to be desired. There was no trash can, only one in the bathroom. We killed a cockroach. There were no light bulbs. The room was very unclean.

I saw that it’s in a construction state but the conditions were awful. Stains everywhere and outdated in every sense. I have about -10 pictures that support these statements. Really bad shape all around. I think this location will bounce back being in a prime location - with twin peaks in walking distance, there are some nice options. As far as the hotel goes, they should really shut it down until the upgrades are completed. I stayed in other locations for the same amount paid here, that have 3x better amenities. I should really get my money back as I checked out the second I woke up In the middle of the night. El Paso is a work in progress and I would to see this location thrive…. Side note, cats everywhere outside. I’m rooting for a remodel here.

I know that they are going through a remodel but the ceiling in the room that we had mold freckles right above the shower. The toilet still had residue on it and the SHEETS the brown cover on top were covered in white spots from who knows what. The lady at the front was very nice but nice ness doesn't take away from dirtyness
