No hot water. We were given a key to an occupied room, walked in on someone. The a/ c rattled all night. The toilet flushed only some of the time When we complained, the staff was indifferent. Stating only that they had a full house. Plys the parking lot was so filled with trash i was uneasy leaving my car parked. There's more, but u get the idea. Awful place I'll never stsy there again!

The gym needs more sustenance, neither the area nor the equipment is maintained. Staffing seems to be an issue, particularly housekeeping. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the pool is awesome.

The room was humid. It smelt musty and the blankets and sheets were not changed. There was no hand soap and one of the remotes was missing. The blankets on the bed smelt like some one lacking hygiene was bundled up in them for a while before we stayed. Also the bathroom smelled like mildew.

Had a great experience overall. Heater wasnt working well, had to call for services twice. The pool area was very wet. Standing water all over.

Room was missing towels, toiletry bottles in shower empty didnt notice until inwas already in shower. I had to wait awhile for someone to being shampoo and conditioner. Was disappointed the hot tub wasnt working properly.

Stayed for one night in January but El Paso can be warm even in the winter months. If you sleep hot like me, you prolly will not have any sleep. They have a swamp cooler and not referigerated air. Did not enjoy my sleep. Additionally their pillows are also overly soft, the air just goes out of it and flattens as soon as you put your head on it. Room was however clean and breakfast was good. Will most likely not stay here again.
