The front desk people were great, the room was big and bed was comfy. They also had free beer and appetizers in the evening, which was a nice touch. The location is also very good, and easy access off the freeway.

I'm staying at this hotel for two weeks with my group. Tonight they advertised a happy hour with drinks and food from 6:00 p.m. through 7:30 p.m.. At 6:15 p.m., the desk agent came out and changed the times to 7:00 p.m. though 8:00 p.m.. I made plans around this event, and could not attend due to the change. Next time I'll stay somewhere else. Maybe a newer, quiet hotel with better customer care.

Not too bad for the price - Lobby and dinner/breakfast area is nice. Great coffee. Gym is horrible - 3 pieces of equipment. They should not be able to advertise this hotel has a gym. Pool looked nice, but didn't use. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean.

Darby at the front desk was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of even though we arrived late, had no reservation and we were exhausted from driving all day! Our room was large, beautifully furnished, had one of the most comfortable mattresses EVER! We had breakfast the next morning and it was delicious even though it was over-priced. The wonderful gentleman who prepared our food was so nice and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about this place!

If you're in town for a long stay, this is an ideal place as you have a kitchen in your hotel suite/room, living room, separate bedroom, they offer a warm breakfast every morning and dinner three nights out of the week. If your room is not clean to your standards, tell the front desk, they will fix it! This place is good at ensuring your as comfortable as possible! Location is ideal to many restaurants, not far from the theater/museum district and the scenic drive. I will be back on my many future trips to El Paso. Glad to be back!!!!! My go-to hotel when in El Paso!

The location is right on the I 10 frontage road--easy access on and off--as well as to/from the hotel & restaurants. The noise on I 10 is incredibly loud at any hour, but the windows in the hotel are great at keeping the noise (including the airplanes because it is close to the airport) out rooms and lobby. There appears to be ample parking for a full house situation. The front desk staff is efficient and friendly--very welcoming and happy to see you! The happy hour is decent with lots of food and liquor (beer and wine). The "regular" guests use it as a meeting place and a cheap dinner. There are ample dishes in the rooms for those wanting to make their own food. The wine could be better, but it is adequate for a drink prior to going out to eat. We liked the size of the rooms and the comfort of the bed. This is a good Marriott property that is a value property that has many other positive features. We like the newspapers as a free item. The breakfast is also included and it is good--not great, but good. We will consider this for our next El Paso trip.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Great value -- spacious two bedroom suite with full kitchen, clean, comfortable beds, friendly service, good breakfast, clean indoor pool, no next-door noise, and great location! We look forward to staying here again.

Although the hotel is nice, the customer service is I'll reprehensible. The front desk staff Norma has poor skills of handling issues. Preferred to pass me to the GM voicemail. It would have been great had she attempted to handle the matter for herself.

We were upgraded to a large two bedroom suite with two bathrooms, kitchen etc... kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Laundry room had excellent washers and dryers at a fair price. We enjoyed the pool, spa and exercise room. They also had a very nice breakfast service. The only drawbacks were dated decor and the housekeeping staff came later than we liked. I would stay there again.

Great staff and very nice clean rooms. We also enjoyed a real breakfast - not pastries and orange juice. We will stay at the Marriott Residence Inns on our cross-country road trip. They also have a nice gym and swimming pool.
