Cozy and spacious porch with water views. Located on a water road, walking distance to the bay/marina. Bay/Marina has dockage available and rental opportunities for water activities. Large space for entertaining, quiet, private, centrally located to town, beaches, clubs, restaurants, train, entertainment. Private clay tennis court on property (tenant must pay to open).
