This is a charming home, with plenty of room for our party of four. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well stocked. The heating system worked well (which is important in Massachusetts in December!). The house is conveniently located, only a few minutes drive to the town of Easthampton and around 15 minutes away from Northampton. There is a grocery store nearby in Easthampton, as well as several great bakeries and restaurants. Mindy was very welcoming, and stopped by to introduce herself after we checked in. Highly recommended!

From the very clear directions, friendly and amazing communication of our host, every detail from the perfect kitchen and coffee maker and electric tea kettle, to the fans in every room, the warm gentle lighting, spacious and spotless bathrooms, to the coziness of the home location and view of fall trees out every window including deer visiting in the morning - our stay was so comforting while visiting my daughter for college. What an absolute gem - Mindy is a wonderful host, completely available to answer every question, and the house itself is just gorgeous. Spacious, warm, cozy, beautifully appointed. Mindy was wonderful and accommodating. She lives next door so she is there if you need her but leaves you alone. The house is very comfortable (including the beds).
